I love talking about fashion. I have a very deep passion for fashion. What bugs me is when I talk to girls who want to go into fashion, and they don't know ANYTHING! When I ask them about fashion designers they come up with Versace, Dolce & Gabana, Chanel, Armani, Louis Vuitton, just all the designers that they have hear from EVERYBODY ELSE.. There are other designers out there.. For instance.. My favorite designers are.. 1. Balenciaga 2. Anna Sui 3. Heatherette (not their showroom clothes though) 4. Phillip Lim 5. Betsy Johnson 6. Marc Jacobs 7. Cavilli 8. DKNY 9. Burberry 10. Furstenburg In no particular order. My fashion icons are.. 1. Sienna Miller 2. Gwen Stephani 3. Hilary Duff

What other fashion designers are similar to Marc Jacobs?
That's really one of the most difficult questions to answer, mostly because each designer is very different and vary in clothing styles and choices each season, but one designer that would be a front runner is Louis Vuitton. Only because Marc Jacobs designs for Louis Vuitton, obviously some of his same creative influences carries over from his own line to Louis Vuitton. However, getting aside from other design houses Marc Jacobs designs for, I would say that Chloé is pretty similar. Other than that, with each season, every designer pretty much brings something to the plate, or the runway for that matter, and never fails to captivate the world of fashion.

What are some creative ways in which fashion designers use Instagram?
Too many examples to name, which is why my job is so fun too! I love how designers like Olivier Rousteing, Riccardo Tisci, Phillip Lim, and Marc Jacobs let us into their lives. I feel like I know who their squads are (Olivier and Riccardo), their interior decoration taste (Phillip), and what they do on weekends (Marc). And I love that! Designers also have been unveiling their collections first on Instagram, which is great for the millions of fashion fans out there (Misha Nonoo, Wes Gordon are two examples). And I love the dialogue that designers can have directly with their followers: DKNY did direct messaging with all their fans last season which was awesome. And lastly, as a bookworm/general reading fanatic, I LOVE how some brands have been doing "longer reads" in the style of Humans of NY about their collections.
What's your most favorite and least favorite fashion designer?
My absolute favorite is Chanel, i think it is just such a classy and cosmopolitan brand. My least favorite is Louis Vuitton, I don't know why, but I've just never liked his bags that much, I think they all look tacky, I mean, there's so many knockoffs, and it's basically a design that anyone could do.

What kind of a question is that ?? What century are you in ? Even if old then we have Jimmy Choo, Salvatore Ferragamo, Marc Jacobs, Micheal Kors, Yves Saint Lauren and so many more.They too are fashion designers, so can any male who is interested can be.
