Yahoo search doesn't work (February 2015.)!!?
Yahoo mail search finds mails sent in last few months, but oldar than that - nope, nada, zero... I read that they moved the mails to some other server and that they know about the problem. Did anyone have the same issue and got it resolved??

Yahoo email and Error OCF12?
I have been using Rogers email for 8+ years, for the past four years through an Apple computer. I have an iMap connection through Microsoft Outlook 2011. Things have run smoothly until the past few weeks. Now, I regularly (many times every day) get an error message giving an OCF12 error from the Yahoo mail server. I have checked this site (and google) for solutions. Other people have posted the same issue but no solutions have been presented. The issue is not about my password. Email access to my Rogers/Yahoo account works fine much of the time and messages are being downloaded. The issue is not about clearing caches, etc since I am not accessing e-mail through a web browser. I have seen it suggested that Yahoo iMap access is only meant for iOS-based devices. This seems 'odd' and hard to believe. Is the problem at the server end (in which case Yahoo needs to look into this and fix it)? Or, are there configuration issues which are not itemized in the instructions from Rogers/Yahoo about setting up an iMap connection to an account? Thanks for attention to this.

How do I view email older than a few months on Yahoo Mail on my old, slow computer without buying a premium account?
I don’t have a premium Yahoo account, and I have mail that is over 13 years old. I didn’t use Yahoo much after I signed up with Gmail, mainly because of their being hacked so many time, so I had over 50,000 unread messages. I wanted to clean it up so I could use it again.I have Thunderbird for my email client, it works in systems as old as Windows XP SP2. I went into my Yahoo account settings and allowed third party software, put my email and password into Thunderbird, and several hours later I had ALL my mail. It took me about an hour to clean it up, and now I have a nice clean mailbox at Yahoo again. My friend sent me some pictures of my son’s baptism 10 years ago that I thought were lost, but no, they were still sitting there nicely on Yahoo’s servers waiting for me to download them.
How to remove apps connected to your yahoo mail account?
In the recent activity section on the account info page it there are a bunch of people accessing my email via apps from foreign countries. Next to these are a link that says remove, but when you hover over the link it tells you to click the sign out of everywhere link at the top of the page. This link does not exist for me on firefox. I tried Microsoft edge as well, but I still don't see it. Am I missing some thing?

Rogers is probably giving their customers a limited amount of space on their email server and they expect you to be downloading the messages to an email client program such as Microsoft Outlook or Mozilla Thunderbird on your computer. If you don't download and delete you'll run out of space for new messages, therefore they're removing the oldest to make way for the new.
