In I Am Legend, does the mannequin's head move?
It moves, but his mind causes it to move. He was going crazy due to isolation. His closest human interaction was the mannequins. So when he called out to the mannequin in the red hoodie, he imagined him to be real which caused the head to move. So it didn't actually move, it only moved in his imagination. Does that make sense? In other words, he was delusional.

Yes it is called 'A Mom for Christmas'. The mannequin comes to life and then they have to fight to keep her alive once Christmas is over. It is my favourite childhood movie and I still rent it out from the video store each Christmas. They don't play it on the tele anymore. Olivia Newton John plays the mannequin but I'm not sure who plays the little girl.
