Me With My Skeleton Argument

I had an argument with my girlfriend and then she blocked me. Is blocking each other a normal thing in a relationship? Is she going to unblock me?

The ability to block someone on a social networking sites and messengers is a great feature. It was originally designed to keep unwanted people and spam away from their inboxes. That looks a legitimate good use of the feature.Women in India usually use this feature to avoid receiving messages from their friends or boyfriends after an argument. Like in your case. This is like a modern day way of avoiding someone. Now, For your question. What should you do about it? In my opinion, you just have two options:1. Accept the fact that she doesn't want to talk to you. That way you can concentrate on the present.2. Just move on. Be happy. Take a vacation. Enjoy your life. Celebrate with your friends. Post pictures on the same social networking site you got blocked on. Remember, you are blocked, not your mutual friends or friends of friends. She'll eventually get jealous on seeing you so happy with your life just because she's out of the picture and contact you back. Why? Closure. The question that without her you can enjoy so much actually makes any woman burn.  By any means any one in the age group of 5-65. Sounds filmy? It might but truth is more stranger than fiction. And,Even if she didn't you'll still end up having a great time of your life...

What are some of the interesting arguments that have taken place in Indian courts, and have any of them made you laugh hysterically?

When you say interesting arguments, many a times there are situations when you burst into laughter. I remember when arguments in the court of Justice Markandey Katju were going on. There was a rape case in which a 65 year old man had contented that he, being too old, was incapable of having any kind of sexual activity leave about raping someone.Another legend was sitting in the same court and that was Mr. Ram Jethmalani. Now you can imagine the situation if Justice Katju being on the bench and Mr. Ram Jethmalani, waiting for his matter and the arguments on a rape case were going on.Seeing Mr. Jethmalani patiently waiting for his case, Justice Katju thought of poking him and suddenly Justice Katju asked Mr. Jethmalani. “Mr. Jethmalani, you are a very experienced man. (You are free to interpret what did Justice Katju mean by the expression *experienced*) Do you think that a person at the age of 65 becomes incapable of sexual activity?” Mr. Jethmalani felt a little embarrassed on this sudden question but Mr. Jethmalani being Mr. Jethmalani had one of the wittiest answers which I can never forget in my life.Mr. Jethmalani said “Well my lord ! I can not say about the man who is accused in the present case, but if I had been the accused in a case like this, I would have pleaded guilty”And everybody in the court room burst into laughter including Justice Katju himself. Thanks,Advocate Sumit NagpalNagpal & Associates, Advocates and Solicitors

My boyfriend and I love each other, but we argue so much that it sometimes makes me wonder if we're right for each other. How do you know?

There is never a relationship without arguments. What you need to look into is the type of topics that you people argue about. I know it feels strange to have an argument often. But in reality it's as normal as anything. In your relationship I feel that both of you stand at your point and don't want to back out if any argument arouses. Just try to cool down down yourself and play down any arguments he gets to throw on you. You will surely feel the difference. For a relationship to work out either them have to compromise on few stuff. In your case both of you might be standing still and not ready to compromise or play down any argumental situation. You people really need to work on that rather than thinking if you both are right for eachother or not. Turn your arguments into healthy ones. It's always a good thing to have healthy arguments. Don't confuse yourself. Just sit back and think about it. Just don't come to any conclusion right now and regret about it later. Talk to your boyfriend about this and make him understand that arguments are making you feel bad. Hopefully you both can sort it out soon.Cheers

How does the skeletal system relate to physics?

Simple machines exist in the skeleton... we use legs and arms as levers.
The curve in the spine is something you might look into ... its importance in holding the body upright.
The skull is part of the skeleton... it's a good thing we have this part to protect our brains because of the existence of gravity and our propensity to fall down at times.
Our arms are like pendulums, a key in figuring out a way to measure time since pendulums are used in clocks.
.....

You might wish to do this by first categorizing branches of physics (e.g. motion, magnetism, etc) and then considering how the skeleton relates to each in turn.

Explain how the skeleton of a bird is adapted for flight?

Their bones are hollow, so they are lighter and light enough to fly. Plus, they have wing bone structure.

Why do people argue against scientific theories simply because they dislike them?

I understand that many "prejudice" people do not want to even remotely consider the idea that we all originated from Africa. But, their unease with this theory does not discount the vast scientific research and evidence which supports the idea. As with all scientific knowledge, there are NO facts. Everything that science has stated are merely theories based on insurmountable evidence. The Big Bang Theory is one of these ideas. There is much evidence which points to the verity that ALL human life originated from Africa. I will direct you to an article published in: Smithsonian Magazine- a highly accredited scientific and historical publication. The article in this magazine discusses “Ardi”, “…a female who lived 4.4 million years ago. Her skeleton has been described as one of the most important discoveries of the past century, and she is changing basic ideas about how our earliest ancestors looked and moved.” Ardi's skeleton was discovered in Africa. Charles Darwin, who I am sure that you are familiar with, is a great scientist who also believed that our earliest ancestors originated in Africa. The article in the Smithsonian discusses this as well. The link for this article is below:

I have also added, for your benefit, an excerpt from the article: “Early Hominin Evolution- Discovery of Early Hominids”. Here’s the excerpt: “All people, past and present, along with the australopithecines are hominins. We share in common not only the fact that we evolved from the same ape ancestors in Africa but that both genera are habitually bipedal, or two-footed, upright walkers.”. This article is from the Anthropology Department at Palomar College. It is written by Dennis O’Neil, a Professor at Palomar. The website for this article is also below:

Now, if there is anything that anyone would like to challenge, I can offer an array of subjects from “evolution” to EVERY other concept in “human biology”. Seeing as though, NOTHING scientific is a certified fact and yet, most people on YA have absolutely NO credentials to argue against those who have spent a lifetime and billions of dollars researching these theories. So, back to my question: Why do people argue against scientific theories which make them uncomfortable, even if they have no proof to discount the theory and no credentials to challenge it?

What stops bones from moving too far apart?

ligaments connect bone to bone. tendons connect mucsle to bone. the other guys answer is incorrect, unless they were to make an argument that muscles add a structural element to the skeleton. but if that were the case, then you could make an argument for anything, including skin..

If me and my boyfriend are always arguing should we call it quits?

It depends . Do you love him and does he love you ? I can share you a story about a wife and a husband that always fight . They fight about the smallest matter , things that are not worth to fight for but they still did . There this one time , they argue just because the husband forgot to switch off the television and that argument turns into a very big argument . They started blaming each other for mistakes that happen years before .But deep inside , they both love each other . The husband still tuck her wife in bed when she sleep and the wife , she still make him breakfast and coffee in the morning . The husband , he will record his wife favourite tv show when his wife is busy doing something else, and her wife always buy her husband book and car magazine when she went out to the mall . They doesnt show their love through words but action . They can fight and Im sure they will still fight for years to come but they are the happiest couple I have ever seen . So ask yourself this question , eventho you always fight with your partner , do you love him ? Because when you love your partner that much , even an argument can be fun .
