Meaning Of Dream Where You Have No Idea What Is Happening

What does it mean when you have dreams that end up happening in real life, i.e., is deja vu a skill, something else, or nothing at all?

I have had this happen many time throughout my life. Most of which happened as a child.My first and one of the most recognizable times was when I lived in California. We had just moved to a new home in Hollywood and I had had a dream that my Dad and I walked to a park nearby. The next morning, I asked my Dad if we could go. I took his hand and led him to that same park from my dream. My Dad insisted that I had been there before so, I learned to not be so open about the weirdness of it all.Another time, I was older, about 11. I awoke from a dream that was kind of eerie to me because it seemed so real. I was at my nieces birthday party. Nothing out of the ordinary except that I did not spend much time with her so I dismissed it. A couple months later, I was invited to her birthday party. Nothing seemed strange until I was there and remembered my dream. I knew each gift she had before it was even being opened because of my dream.I’m not real sure what causes it, I am not a spiritual or religious person but, what if our time lines are not fixed, what if subconsciously we can float through our time lines and witness our lives through our future selves at any given point. Who knows really but, makes sense to me.

What does it mean i dream and then it happens the next day?

its happened for the past few months but its not very usefull because i wake up forgetting that i have dreamt it so i only remember when it actually happens the next day.

For example..

I had a dream about a toffee and white coloured cocker spaniel puppy, and then the next day my friend randomly told me she was getting a puppy, she showed me a photo of the one she was getting and it was the exact dog in my dream the night before.

And last night i dreamt that i was in co-op with my grandad and we were at the till paying for his shopping and i put stir fry vegetables in a shopping bag, i woke up this morning, and my grandad came round at that very moment and told me he'd just bought some stir-fry vegetables to have for his dinner!

Another one was when i had got my braces off and i started wearing a retainer, i dreamt that my dog got hold of it and broke it in half! The next morning i was eating my breakfast, took my retainer out and the dog got it off the side and broke it!

Its not a one off thing, it happens basically every night, i just don't understand it because surely its physically impossible to dream / think of something the day before it happens if you had absolutely no idea it was going to happen?

Is it like a gift or power? or a mental problem (probably knowing me lol)

What does it mean if you dream of being raped?

I had two diff dreams of being raped
One of it was by a "friend" that happens to be my best friend in my dream, but i have no idea who he is in real life & his name was derick (or howeva u spell) but i never even met or know a derick. & it happened in my parent's bedroom, but i woke up b4 he actually raped me.
My other one, oky i had this dram atleast 3 times! but it was once a year. so i guess teh first time i had this dream which was like 3 years ago.
oky. it was the one of teh nights i was unpackin my stuff cuz i my family bought a new house so we were moving in. i was at the backyard & it was bout to get dark dark. so i decided to go inside. the back door was locked & i couldnt go through the garage bc i didnt no the code. so i went to the front door & the exterminator was standin there, i guess he was waiting for some1 to open the door. so i went infront of him & rang the doorbell over & over. but i saw my mom right there right infront of the door. it looked like she was frozen cuz she wasnt moving. so i yelled "why arnt u openin the door!?" then i looked at the exterminator then i started to get scared cuz he had a straight face & he looked kinda scary & i had a somethign was gonna happen so i started bangin on the door. then he covered my mouth so i coudlnt scream & took me to his truck then i woke up b4 anythign happened.

3-4 years ago was when i moved into this house. so all these ppl were comin in to hosue like the exterminator, delivery ppl. etc. & the exterminator comes like every 2 months i think. but the 1 that coems to my house in real life, he looks nothin like the guy in my dream.

i havnt told any1 bout this dream besides 1 of my cuzn, who is like a sister to me. & i dont want to tell my mom or my friends, cuz my mom is gonna b liek its just a dream & my friends r gonna b like "why r u tellin me a dream bout u bein raped?" or theyll change the subject bc they think that everythin bout them matters more.

btw im 13 turnin 14 in july. i was around 9-10 when i started to move in.
& i neever been sexually abused. if that helps. .

Dreaming of fish swimming in the air, Whats it mean?

The reason it recurs is that your subconscious is trying to tell you something.... and with such profound imagery no wonder it floats around your head for days!

The most obvious thing, is the element.. as you had put it...that remains the same, but I mean AIR, and not water... in elemental terms.

Air is a mental element or conscious thought , where as water is generally regarded as emotional, sexual or subconscious.

So a fish swimming in air may mean that emotional 'thoughts' are floating round your mind.... or that something that lives in your subconscious is trying to get your attention....

I would say, trace back your fish dreams to when it first occurred, and consider the emotional environment around that time, or maybe just before... any thing slightly shocking, or that left you feeling isolated, or unfamiliar with your environment... a house move or change of work/education.

The most obvious phrase that springs to mind is "like a fish out of water", which implies an alien environment.. not being in ones own 'element'. But your fish is swimming in the air, not gasping.. so perhaps you have assimilated a change of 'element' in some way, and are tolerating it, of perhaps even have turned it into an advantage!?

If you can recall all the fish dreams, do yo get an overall sense of wonder at this image, or if there a feeling of discomfort... tracking the emotion, and taking it in context may help you decipher your subconscious's symbol. It could be that your mind will present this repeatedly because it works for you.... in the same way that I have all variety of spider dreams over the years, and I realise they simply represent fear.. and the symbol recurs because it's a straightforward way of my mind identifying a suppressed emotion.

Is the fish always the same colour and shape? I would look up the meanings of certain colours if it were an unusual colour, in terms of say, which chakra colour, and which aspect of myself that was out of its element...Or, if they are different varieties of fish, is it a recognisable species.. like an angel fish, a gold fish or a clown fish? A clue may lie in identifying the 'name' of the fish... you could look up fish on google images and just see what you recognise...

Anyway, hope my few thoughts are of some use!
xx

Wet dreams? How often do they happen?

Hi folks, i didn't masturbate for 2 weeks and it was my first time that a wet dream happened. It was awesome. I did ***, i didn't have an orgasm though. Anyway, do you have any idea how oftne can they happen, like every 2 weeks or something, and how can i know before they happen? I mean i messed with my bed. And why for God's sake, they happen early in the morning? Why won't they happen in the middle of the night like 3 in the morning? Thanks, i really appreciate it.

What happens when girls get wet dreams?

Source: I am a 17 year old girl.I often get wet dreams when I am ovulating. For those who don’t know, ovulation is a period of time about midway through the menstrual cycle when the ovaries release an egg. Whenever I ovulate, my hormones go insane and I get extremely horny.So around that time, I often have dreams centered around sex. As for what happens, I wake up extremely wet down there. I have no idea if I have had an orgasm; it’s a bit difficult to tell.It’s worth noting that I’m a sleepwalker though, so if I masturbate in my sleep, that would probably mean I’ve given myself an orgasm.

What does it mean when you have a dream about saying goodbye to your loved ones?

It may or may not be a prophecy. Sometimes the unconscious puts dream elements together and comes up with some kind of resolution. You can sense if there's any validity to it. Perhaps your unconscious is preparing you once it has collected dream fragments and life experiences, putting them together and coming up with what it feels is a resolution. Your other perceptions will sense if this is true. This happened to me but it was not a dream. I visited my parents. My dad appeared to be extremely pale and shrunken. I knew he would die in the next couple of weeks. I mentioned it to my husband. He did not see what I saw. My dad appeared to be fine. Two weeks later my mother called to tell me he had been killed accidently. I was actually prepared to hear the news and grieved very little.

How do you tell what a dream means?

To interpret a dream, we must first analyze it;
-what key details seemed most prominent;
-which elements seemed most important;
-which parts do you remember best;
-what parts seemed "brighter," stood out more..;
Whether events or objects, we can here research. There are a few ways to find out what these elements of your dream mean. There are a few books out, claiming to be "Dream Dictionaries." These help with researching the meaning of a few details; ex: being chased, jets. There are also websites specializing in interpretation; www.dreammoods.com is my favourite, you simply type in the object or event which seems prominent, and a probable answer will come up, but keep in mind that dreams are always important, and will almost always mean something;; whether important or barely affecting you. but some dreams will change the way you see everything in your life, affect the way you think.. affect what you do and how you do it. A dream is your imagination coming out to play and running into your subconconsience, on its way to tell you something *usually significant.* But keep in mind that these resources, online or in a book, are meerly just suggestions, and do not at all represent what your dreams may actually mean or how you should go about interpreting them. Your dreams are pulled from your life experiences, your thoughts, your subconsience (sp?) and the best way to figure out what your dream may mean is to tap into your memories and things that have happened to you, or things you may have done or thought. Usually, to figure out if a dream is significant or not, you see how much you remember of it. If you wake up not remembering that you dreamt anything, your dreams are usually insignificant. If you have a dream where you awake and suddenly the whole way you look at things is altared, you know it may be an Epic Dream, significant and important.. forwarning or reminding.
