What to wear to orientation/first day at Menard's?
I just got hired at Menard's and I have orientation on Friday. The HR rep was very quick and brief on the phone so I didn't get to ask her what I should wear. I wore black dress pants with a nice, white turtle neck and black vest and low heels to the job interview, but whenever I've gone into the store I notice that the employees wear like jeans, a casual shirt and casual shoes. So, what should I wear the first day? I don't want to be over dressed or vice versa. I'm a 20 year old female and I'll be working as a cashier.

What do I bring for job orientation at Menards?
I got hired at Menards a while back and my orientation is tomorrow. As far as I remember, I need 2 forms of ID and a void check for direct deposit but there were other things the HR person mentioned that I don't recall.

I applied for a job at Mcdonald's two days ago and yesterday I got a call asking if I can come in for an interview. I went to my interview today and then like an hour or so after the interview I got a call from the hiring manager telling me my orientation is at 3 tomorrow and they'll schedule me for next week. Does that mean I got the job or what? Do I have to pass the orientation first then I have the job or they're training me now so I can start next week? It's my first job so I'm kind of clueless, lol.
