What do you like about Michael Jacksons music?
Plain and simple.Everything.His melodies,hooks,lyrics,plus the thought provoking messages he put in his music,Michael Jackson was just a great musician.One of the best I’ve ever seen in my life.Here are some examples why I love Michael Jackson’s music.Billie JeanGreat hook, nice funky beat and him singing about dealing with a off the wall person anyone can relate to.I’ve dealt with some interesting women in my life so i very much relate to what he is saying.He not only made great music,but you could feel where he was coming from.Only great artist know how to touch your soul in that manner.JamThis video has Michael Jordan and Michael Jackson in this one so to be honest,and bias,just two greats in a video should sum up why I feel it’s a great video but songwise, the track has a great message also.Michael always had themes of helping the world so pay attention to what he is saying. Catchy hook also.Just like with Billie Jean, when you think about it, any genre of music has a hook that makes you remember the song. Something you can catch yourself singing while driving or at work.Man was brilliant:)And You rock my worldIf you noticed, I grab songs from three different eras. Not many artists can stay relevant after 30 years.That’s a testament to Mikes greatness.But Mike since he is a great, defied the odds and did just that.Also the song had a great melody, the hook once again was something you can sing in the shower and grabbing Chris Tucker for the video was big because he was big around this time with the Rush Hour franchise.So it shows how smart Mike was to keep tapping in to new generations so they could identity with him with people they were watching on the screen at the time.All these points are just some reasons not only why I cherish his music,but also why his music will always live on:)FYI: Here is a few others songs I enjoy from Michael Jackson.Enjoy:)
