Minecraft Is Pinging Forever

How do I make my Minecraft PE lag free?

I see that your device(Xperia D2212) has an okay amount of RAM to play Minecraft PE, so thats not a problem.Solutions:-1. Some Maps have really huge structures with a lot of blocks in a small area, a lot of creatures roaming around and etc. These entities can cause some lag. A temporary solution can be to move away from that structure so that Minecraft doesn't load those entities and there will be less lag.2. You might have set your Game Settings at high quality. You should lower the render distance and switch off the fancy graphics, animated water, beautiful skies and the view bobbing options. Thanks for the A2A.

What are the best plugins for a Minecraft server?

Here are some of the best plugins for any Minecraft server:Worldedit - for building the worldMultiverse - so you can have multiple worlds on your serverLuckPerms - the best all-in-one permissions pluginEssentialsX - an updated fork of Essentials, the legendary plugin for all the essentials on your serverLobbyAPI - an easy way to allow players to join different worlds on your serverVault - I don’t really know what Vault does, but many plugins depend on it so here it is.ClearLagg - a way to free up RAM and clear lag on your serverMultiverse Portals - allows you to create portals that teleport to different worlds. requires the above Multiverse plugin. These are basically all the bukkit plugins you need for a general Minecraft server. There are more plugins out there with specific functions, but this in many cases is sufficient. All of these plugins work with spigot and craftbukkit

How do I resolve a "request timed out" when pinging?

Request timed out means that the host you’re pinging might be:down or unreachable (e.g. because it’s on a different network/subnet, it’s shut down, etc.)behind a firewall that drops your ICMP echo request packetsthe ping command has been disabled for that network by the syadminYou have no Internet connection/network connectivityall of the above. To rule out Internet connection problems, ping Google or 8.8.8.8 (Google DNS) and you should get a successful response. If this is not the case, something’s wrong (network cable disconnected, incorrect network adapter drivers, connection to the ISP down, NIC not working correctly, etc.).Ping localhost (127.0.0.1) to make sure your NIC card works correctly. You should ping the gateway set up for your computer, as well.If it’s the correct one, you should be able to reach it.Also, you can get a better understanding of the situation by running the traceroute command (tracert, in Windows) on that IP address you want to reach, if you’re lucky and the admin allowed it through the firewall. In fact, that command’s often disabled, as it can be used for network recon purposes. With traceroute you can view the whole route packets go through from your endpoint up to the final endpoint and you can understand on which specific hop there are issues. When some hops have issues, you’ll see a bunch of asterisks and packets are eventually dropped. In the below example, you see issues start at hop no. 23.Additionally, run ipconfig /all and have a look at your IP configuration (subnet mask, gateway, etc.).If the IP address you want to ping has a different subnet mask or gateway than yours does, then it’s on a different subnet and you can’t reach it, unless you have another network adapter configured with those specific network parameters.

What may cause my Minecraft lag in single player and how do I solve it?

Many things in Minecraft cause lag so here is a list of why the lag is happening. If you're on a large map, your MC might lag due to your computer trying to download all  the chunksHuge number of mobs (includes players)You pressed too many buttons in the options menuSome of the screens from super secret settings can cause insane lag (trust me, happened to me like, 20 times)Too many commands being used at once.A really huge structure Your computer sucks   Some solutions to these lag problems are:Have a smaller chunk loading range (works for me)Delete or kill some mobs (impossible if it's on a server :P)Don't rush when setting your settings. Take your time.Just immediately change the screen settingTry not to use too many commands at onceNo way to stop a huge structure. Just waitGet a new computer. NO one even uses windows NT 4.0!   (J.K. I'm pretty sure you at least have a windows Vista)

Why does my internet slow down while I'm gaming?

I found out through extensive Googling that my problem was my CPU idle % was under 10% and as low as 3%. (I read online that it should never be below 80). If it is, that means some process is draining your CPU. You can check this by going to Utilities --> System Manager --> CPU should be selected, and at the bottom of the window it shows you the percentage of idle use).

Before I figured out the specific problem, I did all of the following: verify disk permissions, reindexing Spotlight, and resetting PRAM/NVRAM as instructed by Apple (by pressing control shift option power after turning on computer but before it starts up). No luck. Once I found out the problem was CPU usage, I tried using the purge command in Terminal (Utiltiies --> Terminal --> "purge" --> enter key) according to suggestions from other users. Still no success.

Why is the ping high (almost 350) in India while playing online?

It's totally depends on your internet connection. If your connection speed limit is quite low, it's sure affect your ping a lot.Another possible reason is the sever location. If the server of the game that you played placed outside India, probably US or Europe, it sure give you high ping. Try to find server that located in India.Hope you can play better.
