Minecraft Laggs On Good Laptop.

What is a good laptop for Minecraft?

I have never played minecraft so I dont know how thirsty it will be on GPU. I have seen pictures of it and i suspect it will probably need the same requirement as Runescape or World of Warcraft.

When buying a laptop be sure to buy one that has 2.6 ghz processor or better, I would go with an intel i5 or better. Some i5s and i7 processors have a turbo boost like 2.4ghz but Turbo boost up to 3.4 ghz this would be excellent for any game because the processor is the main component to the computers speed, how much it can process at one time, more processor = faster programs. Next thing you should look out for is Ram, 4Gb or better would be good Minecraft, what the Ram is, is basically how much virtual memory you have. For example if you had 1gb of ram your computer could only process 1gb of uploading downloading and general pc use. Once you get to the end of your ram your computer dips into your hard drive To get the memory, Thus making the computer work harder for the ram and inevitably making the computer slow at times and full of lag. Next you should look out for a good graphics card, now graphics cards are very important. Whether you go for Nvidia or AMD is entirely up to you but it is like holden and ford theres not much difference. I would go with Nvidia because they have been around longer and they are (i think) more reliable. in the graphics card you should look out for memory and level. There are so many and it is complicated. But look out for Nvidia (level) 590-650 and memory 1gb is fine but 2gb is good because you will want a good graphics card to play the games that come out in the future. The Graphics card controls the intensity of graphics you can run on your system, so if it can only just handle the game it will be a struggle for the computer to catch up, thus increasing "lag" or 'ping'.

Ontop of all those make sure the screen is HD and you are ready to go.

I didnt want to confuse you by using computer geek language, its like a doctor can talk complete nonsense to a patient and they can have no idea what theyre really saying.

Hope this helps you and trust me it is such a pleasure to play on a computer with no lag!

What is the best laptop for Minecraft?

The best laptop would be a gaming laptop. Though here's the thing: Gaming laptops will get you 200+ FPS. The human eye can't even register a difference between 60 FPS and 200 FPS. All you really need is a 2015 computer with at least 4 GB of RAM. I say modern because modern laptops have better processors and minecraft is what is known as a processor intensive game. That's another reason to not get a gaming laptop for minecraft, because gaming laptops come with graphics cards that don't make much of a difference to Minecraft's performance. The GPU itself adds a lot more to the price tag of the laptop. If you do get a laptop, you can install a mod called opti fine. This will increase your frames, sometimes by 30 FPS.

Laptop Lags Minecraft horribly?

I have an Hp G72 Laptop, it has 4.00 Gb of ram, and an Intel Pentium 2.00 GHz processor, 200 Mb of memory, and 64 bit windows. I dont know what video card i have, but i cant upgrade because I have a laptop and its all integrated into the motherboard, all i want to do is play minecraft without it lagging like a *****. I have the settings turned down all the way, but it still lags horribly, is there anything i can do to make minecraft actually run on my laptop?

Is it easy to play Minecraft on a laptop?

Yes, It is easy in any platform. You can play on PC,PS,Xbox and ios/android.You can pay for the game at Official site. You can sign up and pay $27 and get it.There are other ways to play without paying but i suggest paying because you can visit “premium” servers and you can change skins though many cracked launchers have started allowance of changing skins but you cant put capes which were a big hit. Also when you go to premium servers you dont need to put a password because you enter using an account. In cracked servers you have to type /register password. So yes its very easy just sign up, pay , download and play although you have to have up to date graphic drivers. On Computer a good graphic card which would cost from $100-$150 but drivers cost nothing.

My new laptop is lagging when i play games like minecraft?

Do you have any programs running in the background? Make sure you close all unnecessary windows and applications running in the background. Windows 8 sometimes has a problem with idle applications. Also try updating Java. The new updates on Minecraft may be slowing the game down. It also could be that your computer could possibly have a virus. If your computer is slower that normal, try using anti-virus software to detect if your computer is infected.

How can Minecraft lag on my PC laptop but not on my iPhone 5 which is much smaller?

Because the iPhone version of minecraft isn’t 10% of the PC version. I don’t even bother playing it on iPhone, other than the screen size, it’s so limited, it’s no fun in comparison to the PC IMO. It requires so much less processing power-only recently have they been able to improve it a bit (added caves, minecarts, tnt etc.) because the phones got so much faster. But on the computer everything can be more advanced an polished because of more processing power- it just so happens the game to hardware ratio is different between your iphone and your PC.UPDATE: Perhaps it is also true the PC has more programs pulling it down, but I find it extremely hard to believe it has less available power than an iPhone 5. Maybe an iPhone 6S would be a closer comparison, but the PC still has more power. The Minecraft app is very optimized for iPhone to make it run smoothly, even though PC features are added, the animations and such are simplified.Nothing against the iPhone app, mobile apps have to be dumbed down to work. That’s why it runs smoothly though.

Which budget laptop can run Minecraft without a lag under 40k rupees?

Acer Aspire 5 (NX.GT1SI.001) Laptop (Intel Core i5 (8th Gen)/4GB/1TB HDD/15.6(39.62 cm)/Linux/2GB GDDR5 NVIDIA GeForce MX150 Graphics), Steel GreyThis is best laptop under 40k just for knowledge mx150 is faster than 940mx so better graphics card=better fps you can also upgrade ram later for even more better experience.

Can I play minecraft on a 32 bit laptop without it lagging to bad?

1. Set the graphic settings to low
2. Get more ram
3. Using Magiclauncher, change the amount of memory java allocate to 256mb
4. Get optifine
5. Update java
6. Minecraft.exe should be the only thing running, other programs takes up space

Minecraft lags so bad, my laptop freezes entirely?

Sure. Get a better computer. That's literally the only solution. Sorry :( to help you out, this is the requirements for Minecraft. The only way I can think of is to boost the amount of RAM towards Minecraft and set it to a higher priority. However, this can really screw up your computer if you do something wrong.

Minimum Requirements:

- CPU: Intel Pentium D or AMD Athlon 64 (K8) 2.6 GHz
- RAM: 2GB
- GPU (Integrated): Intel HD Graphics or AMD (formerly ATI) Radeon HD Graphics with OpenGL 2.1
- GPU (Discrete): Nvidia GeForce 9600 GT or AMD Radeon HD 2400 with OpenGL 3.1
- HDD: At least 200MB for Game Core and Other Files
- Java 6 Release 45

Recommended Requirements:

- CPU: Intel Core i3 or AMD Athlon II (K10) 2.8 GHz
- RAM: 4GB
- GPU: GeForce 2xx Series or AMD Radeon HD 5xxx Series (Excluding Integrated Chipsets) with OpenGL 3.3
- HDD: 1GB
- Latest release of Java 7 from java.com
