So lets do a little math.500W * 24 hours = 12 Kilowatt hours12 Kilowatt hours * $0.16 = $1.92 per day$1.92 * 365 days in a year = $700.80 per yearIn the Cloud:If you wanted a decent server that might be able to handle 10-15 maybe 20 people you can find one at about $25 per month. Try something like Digital Ocean. I think they even have instruction on how to setup a minecraft server.So a little math.$25 per month * 12 months in a year = $300Conclusion:$700 electricity cost or $300 cloud server bill? Hands down, go with using a server in the cloud. You'll get great bandwidth and you'll pay less than half in operating costs. if you know the owner and have bukkit just create a world save before you start then do your stuff and finally reload the save and log back on- or just make it auto rebuilding (dont know how)

Nothing suffices for it. There are two types of people in advertising. Low end youtubers and High end youtubers. Low end youtubers overcharged for 100 views. High end youtubers don’t respond. It’s really a lose-loseYour server needs to be “custom.” I find this BS since other networks copy other gamemodes and well they can get just as much as the next network. Probably a few 100.Developers. Developers. DAMN DEVS. I swear these guys just want to be full in control, always trying to suggest what I don’t want. I say what I mean.Time. I had to resign my network due to costs and school. Texas History Pre-AP is getting to me and well I need extra time to finish the essays I have to complete.And so much more…Trust me, it isn’t something you want to do unless you have BURNING passion. limit your play time to 1 hour. Instead of the goal being finishing everything all the time. Make 1 hour daily challenges. Build the nicest house in one hour, dig the biggest mine in one hour. Be sure to stop at that hour mark. Also, I agree that any server that is pay to play is a scam. My server is free to play, and donations are welcome, but not needed. I am not giving you the address, because you should quit. real life is more fun then games. I enjoy hosting more then playing :P
