Muslim brothers and sisters: I need your dire help.......?

Assalam o Alaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh.
Hope you all are fine and in good healths.

As a muslim/muslimah, what is your ideology reagarding your outlooks and physical appearance?
(take this question in a general format, not personal).

what are the islamic teachings regarding this matter, please answer the question with regards to the saying:

YOU HAVE TO LOOK GOOD , in ORDER TO FEEL GOOD (i.e. stay in shape)

Body building done for any such puroposes breeds arrogance and feeds to your egotistic nature/desires. (unless, ofcourse if done for the purpose of training for Jihad).

fatwa regarding body building.
http://www.islamqa.com/en/ref/40527

Similar is the case with female muslimahs:
How would an unmarried women conform and justify to 'make up' other accessories, unless of course, she is appearing in front of her 'husband-to-be'.
i.e.a person whom she agrees to meet in the company of her wali.

@those muslimahs who do cardio workouts:
how do you justify your actions in the light of Quran and Hadith?
No offense to ANYONE!

I just want to set my priorities straight.
if i do anything, it is for the seeking of Allahs Pleasure.
Otherwise it is a waste of time and effort.

Those who wish to disagree, please come up with better reasons
and justify (if not for their own sake, than for the sake of helping me judge MY actions in the light of islamic teachings)

Jazakallah for reading and answering my question.

Muslim brothers n sisters, i need help for choose a Madrasa =)?

just for muslims , well ladeda muslims are not supposed to use computers

What should I do to help Muslim brothers and sisters who are being oppressed in Europe and America?

Excellent question- and the answer should thrill you- Muslims are much better treated in America and Europe, and enjoy many more rights and freedoms (including religious freedom) than they do in most Muslim countries. By the way, one of those rights is freedom from oppression. So that is great that you want to help your oppressed brethren in the world. I wholeheartedly support you. Great places for you to start would be Iran, Iraq (under ISIS), Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Pakistan and Syria (under ISIS). Curiously enough, all of these countries claim Islam as their official religion and base their legal systems on it, in addition to having overwhelmingly Muslim populations. In these countries, however, Muslims are routinely tortured, flogged, beheaded and sentenced to long prison terms for their religious beliefs. Hmmm…. I could give you tons of examples in each country, but their track records are well-known and documented for anyone who is interested in it. There are also plenty of videos posted on the internet that testify to this- for those who still don´t get the message. Just a word of warning, though- many of them are quite graphic.I also fully support your efforts to help your Muslim sisters who are being oppressed, systematically raped and forced into the sex trade in ISIS-controlled territory, as well as your Muslim brothers who are summarily being beheaded and thrown off of tall buildings in these same territories. So, the really good news for you is this- your Muslim brothers and sisters have never had it so good ANYWHERE in the world as they do in the United States and Europe. So, rejoice! سلام عليكم‎‎

Advice from Muslim sisters and brothers?

Praise be to Allaah.

If you are not causing his anger then there is no blame on you. But at the same time you are obliged to treat him kindly and honour him. Allaah has enjoined honouring one’s parents even if they believe in shirk (associating others in worship with Allaah), so how about those whose sin is less than that?

Be patient. Dont elevate any issues. If he gets angry, listen to what he wants, and he will seem to understand how bad hes acting. if u argue back, its just human nature to win an argument, even if he is in the wrong.

This hadeeth will help u inshAllah.

“I guarantee a house in Jannah (Paradise) for one who gives up arguing, even if he is in the right; and I guarantee a house in the middle of Jannah for one who abandons lying even when joking / for the sake of fun; and I guarantee a house in the highest part of Jannah for one who has good manners.” [Prophet Muhammad (صلي الله عليه وسلم) - reported by Imam Abu Dawud]

Lesson: When in the middle of a heated argument over anything, just remember: Rasoolullah (صلي الله عليه وسلم) has promised YOU a house in Paradise if you give up this argument. What’s better: winning an argument and feeling tough and strong (while in the process, maybe hurting others and maybe disrespecting the Islamic adaab), or a house in Jannah?

You can do 2 of the 3 when arguing with ur dad, give up the argument even if ur right, and treat him with kind manners and gently.

Then, make duah that Allah can stregthen the relationsip, it is important to have a good relationship between father and daughter, but this is a different lecture.

Muslim Sisters Only!?!?!?! ....ok Brothers too?

@Erica, are u serious, did you not read the question it was about Islam etiquettes and Prayer, if you may not be aware this is the section of Y/A that Muslims dominate, so it has everything to do with Ramadan section in Y/A.

Or did you think we can only ask questions about Ramadan?

Muslim brothers, sisters and Imam's?

I need help!! I did a bad sin!! ( I asked Allah forgivness and to give me strenght to not do it, but I did it again!!)

I accidently watched Porn and mastraubated ( i felt bad and asked Allah for forgiveness)

I again without control watched it again and mastruabated!! Then today I finished my Naruto Movie 4 download!! I opened it to watch it, and bam, I was tricked (IT WAS PORN!!)

I feel sorry!!

I don't want to go to Hell, I don't want to be destroyed by evil and darkness in hell!!

How can I repent my sins and stop doing these things!!

How can we make peace with our Muslim brothers and sisters?

By teaching religion (not faith) to our children in public schools, so they develop a comon language to understand each other and accept the differencies.

Muslim brothers and sisters, what are your plans for this Ramadan?

This is not my plan, but plans I'd like to recommend:1. Before Ramzan, let's watch a lecture about the Reason, Importance and Relevance of Ramzan, to make yourself completely prepared for the RamzanPreferably this:Ramzan in Allah's words, by Nouman Ali Khanor any other, of your preference.2. Let's not forget the essence of this month:"The month of Ramadhan [is that] in which was revealed the Qur'an, a guidance for the people and clear proofs of guidance and criterion....."(Quran 2:185)."THE QURAN", Let's try our best to get closer to the words of Allah.Let's: Recite, Memorise, Understand, Teach, Learn the Quran this Ramzan.3. Let's realise the discomfort of hunger and help those who find it difficult to arrange food for their Family.4. Let's Help a revert: Help him with Suhoor, Iftaar, Tarawih, Memorisation. And make sure he/she enjoy on the Day of Eid.5. There is a series in which Ustadh Nouman Ali Khan is going to give a brief tafsir of 30 Surahs, this Ramzan:Here is the link: 30 Surahs in 30 NightsBut you are supposed to subscribe to Bayyinah TV, you can apply for free subscription if you can't afford it.Try attending it and try memorising surahs we understand each day.6. Let's spend the nights in praying Khaza Salahs, and making Dua that Allah forgive us every time we left our salah(intentionally or unintentionally)7. Don't forget make dua for yourself and for the one who wrote this answer. You don't have to know my name. Allah knows ;)IN SHA ALLAHMay Allah help all of us to make the most this Ramzan.May he forgive all our sins in these days and make us ready to face the world after Ramzan, when the Devils are unchained.AMEENPS: you are all welcome to correct me and share some more advice.

For my Muslim brothers & sisters, are you ready for Ramadan?

Yes I am always ready for it. I don't really prepare much. I just make sure I have enough food for iftar to last at least a few days.I have always been the only one in my household who keeps fast so there is not much to do.
