How come my package from amazon using USPS is stuck at 1 place?

USPS does not scan packages every day. Your package is not "stuck" anywhere. It is likely on a truck or plane on its way to yoYou mention 3-5 days, and you also say its been 4 days so, you should expect your item closer to 5 days instead of 4.

The Delivery Confirmation service provided by USPS is NOT a tracking service. It is only designed to "confirm" the "delivery".

I cant track my package on Amazon help!!?

I ordered my package from amazon a week ago and am still not able to track my package! I cant track it on any shipping site and when I track it on amazon it says shipping now but it doesn't say where it is or what service it's shipping with. Its delivery date is supposed to be the 23rd of Aug. and the day it's supposed to be shipped was yesterday. Is it normal to not be able to track your package after a week?

What does it mean when the amazon package tracking says "Out For Delivery"?

This morning I checked the delivery status of something I ordered on Amazon, It said it was "Out For Delivery" but at 12 am this morning, it said it was in Arizona which is pretty far away from me. I thought it meant that it was going to be delivered today, but now I'm not sure. If it matters, it says it's being delivered by FedEx Smart Post

Yes “undeliverable” will mean that it will be returned to the sender (ie. Amazon’s fulfillment center). You should also eventually receive an email notification confirming this.However, a replacement isn’t initiated automatically. You should contact Amazon customer service for that. They will first confirm the status of the order and then ask if you prefer them to process a free replacement, or issue a refund.

My amazon package says 'Your package is out for delivery to your chosen pick up location' what does that mean?

Mine says this now, and the USPS tracking page says it should be delivered today. But our mail carrier, who today showed up unusually early, has already come and gone. I don t really know all that much about USPS operations, but is it possible the carrier will return later today? The service level is "First Class Package Service", which apparently works just like regular FC mail but with tracking. That said, my "package" is most likely a somewhat larger and bulkier envelope than usual, rather than a box of any kind that wouldn t fit in my mailbox.

The tracking info also reports that the item arrived at a USPS facility two ZIP codes over from my house just about 2.5 hours ago (13:08 PDT).

Amazon says package is "out for delivery"?

You must have a fedex tracking number then correct? Does the fedex website give the same information as amazon? If it said out for delivery yesterday, it should have been delivered yesterday.

Were you home all day and was someone able to answer the door at all times? Perhaps fedex left a delivery notice on your door or in your mailbox but didn't update the tracking # for whatever reason? If not you need to find your local delivery center, call them and ask them what's going on. It could have been an incorrect scan or a bad worker who didn't do his job or a neighbor picked it up and decided to keep it.

Bottom line, call fedex first because it should be there if it was supposed to be delivered yesterday.

Contact Amazon (Online chat is the best way of contacting them), there is a written log.Q. Is the city that it was delivered to near you?Your City (Town) many have it delivery units in another city/town. Does it say “Where it was delivered” they carrier should have posted “In Mail Box” “At Front Door” … Side Door, etc.

My first hand experience. I bought close to $1000 worth of home items. I received about $300 worth of items and about $700 was not delivered even though status was delivered. I contacted amazon through chat on 9/22 Saturday night . They said they needed 72 hours to investigate. I called on Tuesday 9/25 since no one contacted me. They said they needed 72 hours business hours ok so I called 9/26. They said package was delivered and I said it wasn't. So they said I need a police report. I called the police got a police report in the mean time amazon sent me an email that basically it was delivered and it is out of their hands once carrier delivers. They advise to call USPS and local authorities.Everyone on here seems to think amazon will take care of you but the answer is yes if purchase is small but NO if you spent a lot of money in 1 order. I'm very disappointed in amazon as we spent thousands and thousands of dollars and this is how they treat me. They told me I'm a valued customer but I am not as they refuse to send me a replacement or refund.I called back and gave them a police report we will see what happens. But they're really giving me the run around. I would also advise on not using amazon prime credit card as other companies will probably issue you credit but since their credit card and amazon are the same company I will probably be SOL. I am so angry at this point I will sell my amazon stocks and take them to court and spread the word on how they treat their values customers. I've spent so much money and this is the only time i've hadproblems and this is how they treat me. And apparently customer service doesn't even know my name.

Amazon says my package was delivered, but its not here?

I ve had two cases recently where the tracking has said it was delivered on or near my front porch. In both cases, it wasn t there and checking with my neighbors found they didn t get it. In both cases, the package showed up 2 days later stuffed in the mailbox. On the second item, I tried to contact Amazon to tell them that the item was not delivered and received a message that I would get an email confirmation. I never did get that or any contact. I even reported it again the next day and no response. I can only theorize that Amazon blew off the complaint knowing that the item was simply late and that the "delivery notice" was untrue :(

Got another item ordered and promised by 8 pm tomorrow...we ll see if it happens again.

Like it’s been said already, call Amazon. You call normal customer service if the package was delivered by UPS, USPS, or FedEx. If it was delivered by AMZL (Amazon Logistics) then you will need to talk to the Logistics department. You can of course get transferred over or you can call 877–252–2701. Logistics does not have chat so do not try that way. Email is fine, but it’s best to call.Let them know your package was stolen and depending on the ITEM it can either be refunded or replaced. This has nothing to do with your prime status or any status as even without a prime membership you will get what you ordered or you’ll be refunded. It actually depends on the items in your package. If the item is sold and shipped by Amazon you can get a replacement. Sold by third party seller and shipped by Amazon you can only get a refund. Sold and shipped by a third party seller then you will have to go through the seller. When you do, keep the conversation on Amazon. Don’t let them message you privately as if you have a problem getting refunded Amazon can help you by stepping in. You can tell who sold/shipped it by going to your orders and looking at the items or you can have an agent inform you.You do not have to prove anything. Amazon will trust you when you say you did not receive your item. BUT if you do this too often they of course will stop trusting you and will stop refunding/replacing. If you do have proof then you will also want to talk to your local police. In either way, Amazon should be first since they are who you ordered the stuff from.
