My dad and I disagree on everything!?
You didn't say how old you are. Practice a little patience with him, talk to him calmly when you disagree. Just because you don't have the exact same taste in everything, or because you argue, doesn't mean he doesn't love you. And obviously you love him, or you wouldn't care so much. Love is a great foundation. The rest will come in time. How about next time you two are arguing about something stupid, just look him in the eye and say, "I love you, Dad". Bet that'll stop the argument.
My dad thinks i have no life he insults everything i do, and everything i like. it seems he like my brothers?
more, theyre active and do more sports and hang out with friends he just doesnt get that when your my age you dont just call up friends and play kickball in the backyard, we shop and go to the movies and IM eachother and stuff i dont have that much money to do all that and now my dad says that im not even allowed to IM people he says its not even real talking that its just typing in random thoughts but he doesnt get that i need to be on the computer to talk to my friends now the only time that i can connect with them is when we get together and when theres no one else home to tell me i cant talk to them i do so many things that he doesnt even know abouthe doesnt know that my volleyball team had an undefeated season he doesnt that i really like to sing he keeps comparing me with himself "when i was a young boy in vietnam we didnt go to malls, i dont see why you should do that stuffor tv is a waste of time how do i make him understand me, love me. hes not the dad i wantwatdo i do? :'(
My parents said they can see everything i do on my phone...help!?
i had phone problems before and just got a new phone. My dad said exactly this: "i care about you and theres apps and we can see everything you do on your phone." i dont know what he meant by that. can they see what i post on instgram? can they see my texts online or something even after i delete them?? people texted me like kind bad stuff but i never replied bad back, i was just like hahaha or something. please explain this and help!!! can they see everything or what?? i have an iphone 4 and our carrier is sprint.
My dad says that I m lazy and irritating?
Talk to your dad and tell him how you feel. Let him know that you are looking for some guidance because you aren't sure what to do. Let him know that you aren't being "lazy" or "irritating" on purpose, that you just don't know what to do. You are 18 now, so you are responsible for the discipline in your life. You should know what you should or shouldn't be doing. Try looking into different things you might enjoy - like going to school. In the meantime get a part time job doing something until you can figure out what you plan on doing.
Mom says yes and dad says no?
it's not that her word is final, it's that the "no" is final. Since she usually says "no", it was her that had the final say, but this time it's your dad that says "no" so he gets the final say. they have an understanding concerning you that they will be in agreement with whatever it is you want to do. If they can't agree then you don't get to do it. so for the future, you have to convince both of them that what you want is worthy or worthwhile.
Why does my dad always say no :(?
I want to learn violin but my dad always says no to everything and this is something I really want and just then he heard me listening to violin music and got really mad and yelled at me and said that I will never be able to learn it and says I can't do anything and this makes me cry constantly but my mum says I can try it out what can I do? :'(
How can I say father passed away in an interview?
Hello anonymous..I can give you example of mine in interview I faced..After the death of papa(father),I have faced five interviews.. the best way..I think.. is to just keep this thing with the flow..As usual.. the interviewer starts with your introduction.So,while speaking about your family.. do speak for ur father's occupation,mother and siblings.. and obviously,you will use the word “was” for your father.Then,may the next question be “now, what he is doing?”..Then you can say “ he passed away xxxx years back”Or, if during your interview,there will be some question which can be directed to your telling this information..You can tell them in between the conversation..Hope this way works.. Regards..EDITS:One thing more, please stay strong while mentioning your father,his name, his job,or some other details. Don’t carry away emotionally. Show your strong self.I actually faced this emotional outburst twice in my telephonic interviews. Kindly try to control these feelings gracefully..Thanks..
