The most common solution is to mark them as SPAM and let your e-mail system software handle them...that is, put them in a SPAM folder where they will eventually be deleted for good.Ah, but here is the delicate balance: Sometimes, an email is marked as SPAM when in reality you DID NOT want it discarded as such, this is a "False Positive (SPAM)", so, you have to tell or teach your email system to NOT put into SPAM mails coming from that sender, or maybe with "that" specific subject.... Well there is a small chance he could be lying...BUT probably not. These companies target males of a certain age range. They find out his e-mail and information from spyware. It is easily put on your computer while you surf the web. It finds out your gender, your interests, anything useful to try to direct-advertise to you. Porn and singles websites are just the lowest form....They are very sneaky and smart.

Why does my husband still received emails from porn site in his spam folder after an endless effort to block?
My husband and I have been blocking, deleting, etc, all this emails/spam from porn sites since we moved together. We have lived together for 6 year now. When I first moved with him, I told him I don't like porn, I can understand what hi did previous to me..but I particular don't care for..so he assure me he will never look at it again (that there was not need for it).So I trusted, left it behind, case closed. We sent to spam folder and block all of those site in the incoming emails, team effort,since we have a child, we need it to be very careful. So now 6 year and still coming, why is he still receiving them? if hi isn't looking anymore, like he said. We do not keep our emails secret, since we have nothing to hide, So I do not check his, have no need thought. But recently I logged onto, need to look for specific information, and they there were, in the spam folder. So I thought confronting/ask him? is this mean that he had lie and some-how still visit this porn sites. I want to believe him, it’s just hard. What should I do?

Generally When this Happens that means there is an attempt to hack into your account or there is fraud being committed using your account. I experienced this today and found out that there was a Best Buy purchase order amidst all those emails. An order or purchase of Macbook Air which i never ordered and the Credit card which i never held. Incidentally the time order was placed was the same time when these emails started showing up in my mailbox. Fortunately, I could spot the purchase and have informed Best buy of Fraud.The idea would be to spam your mailbox so that you can bulk delete emails and amidst that you can delete something which was fraud done by an Hacker. I would be circumspect of each email, and validate whether its only subscription or leaning to account compromise or identity Theft.After informing Best Buy of the Fraud, i went ahead and recovered my account, though i dont think my account was compromised, as i could still access it. I have added 2 factor check to my account now. Hopefully it doesnt happen again.Hope it helps.
