My Face Looks Fat After 6 Month Of Exercise And Eating

How did you look after spending 3 months in the gym? Could someone please provide me with their pictures?

Here's a side to side comparison.So this was me.And then this is almost after 6 months of working out, cardio and counting calories .Now to give you an idea into my life. I have been working out for few years now but the first pic is when I came back after staying in Delhi for an year for preparation and there I didn't do gym at all and I ate anything and everything just to fill me up.When I came home I knew I don't want to look this way and I wanted to see how far I can push myself.All I did was hit my weight 4 times a week. How/how long will it take to lose face fat?

I'm almost 15 and a guy. I used to be really chubby and had a chubby face and for like 6 months now I've tried to lose it by eating healthy and I am getting smaller but I don't think I've lost any of that real storred fat cause I haven't worked out practically ever but I am still really normal weight now, almost under average. I just don't exercise at all...'

Do I have to wait and the fat will leave with age or can I do something to lose them?

DON'T WORRY...Stress causes more problems...exercises will help your overall well being if you can tolerate it after being on those meds...I have been on as much as 80mg a day. you will lose eventually(hopefully) I lost my moon face.. sadly it is a reaction from predisone. medications are pretty dangerous but are needed at times. i have been on it and couldn't tolerate it. i am on more scarier ones but my mom is big on natural healing and supplements are out there and take time but they eventually work. there is a natural supplement for everything."I PROMISE"

Why do I feel my face is fatter after I eat certain foods?

It's not fat,( that's impossible) it's water retention...the reason it looks like fat, is because the water is retained within your fat cells, so you bloat out...

If you eat salty foods it can cause water retention. Also if you eat lots of carbs & not much protein this can cause water retention too.

To avoid this or counteract water retention drink LOADS of water throughout the day! :) This will flush excess water out of your body tissues...

Another way to counteract water retention, eat foods low in salt & high in potassium...such as fruit & vegetables, dried fruit & nuts...melons in particular are very high in potassium & dried fruit (dates & apricots) is probably the richest source (although don't have too much dried fruit due to the high carb content)

& as you obviously know, you can sweat it out through exercise...

Face looks gaunt and bony after weight loss?

Hi all. Over the past four months my weight has dropped from 80kg to 64kg through diet control and a bit of exercise ( only been eating lean meat, veggies, and very little carb - brown rice if I really needed some carb; my snacks are dark chocolate and raw nuts).

Overall I'm pleased with the result, there's hardly any fat left on the belly but there's still some on the bum. Problem is my face is starting to look very bony which is not a very good look.

How can I keep a healthy looking face without putting too much weight on my body?
