My Family Is Lazy Read

Is my mom a selfish/lazy person?!please read!?

I'm 18 and I feel like my mom is the most selfish lazy person in the world, who doesn't care about anyone else besides her and her husband.

I'm trying to get my drivers license and I ask her for a ride to go to the place and she says "I'm not gonna stay in on a saturday to go drop you off and then 2 hours later to pick you up again, you're gonna waste my saturday" or what ever day it is she just complains about it. I mean what does she want me to do , fly over there?! Last time she didn't go pick me up and she made my grandma go pick me up and her car doesn't even have a/c.....I'm not saying because of me but my grandma had to get up and stuff and i'm not even her kid
And at driving school they gave me a roll sheet where i have to record the times that i drive with my parents out side of school, BUT no my mom NEVER takes me to practice every time it's some excuse and that's why I'm having more difficulty learning to drive...only my dad takes me to practice once and while when he doesn't work.
Another thing is since I'm done with highschool I have to go pick up my final reportcard from school and I told her this, and she complains each time, she makes a face and then says " I just want to sleep in and you always make me get up early to go to your damn school"....and I also wanted to go enroll in classes at the college that i'm going to and she NEVER wants to take me she's all lazy and freakin selfish and just says that she doesn't like waking up early.

She has ALWAYS been like this she doesn't want to help me out with ANYTHING! she always wants to make other people do everything, for example everytime I ask her for a ride to go somewhere important first she complains about it, then she says "tell your dad" (when my dad works and she doesn't) then if my dad is working she says "tell your dad's mom" ugh she's so lazy!


I can't wait until I have my own car so I don't have to ask her for anything! but idk if i'll ever get it since no one is willing to help me get my license...

HELP! My guinea pig is lazy?

I got a guinea pig about a month ago and she is just... lazy. She's not at all old, maybe half-a-year old, maybe even less than that. I read that guinea pigs are social animals--she hates everyone in my family and resists being touched. I also read that they like to be taken out of their cage and put on the floor or table to explore their surroundings--mine just sits there. The extent of her "exploring" is usually turning her head a few times and looking around and then running away to hide. I read that guinea pigs like to be petted--she just gives an irritated-sounding "trrrrrrrrrrr" and walks a few guinea pig steps away. I read that guinea pigs like to be hand-fed--she turns away from any such offer. It seems all she ever wants to do is eat hay (not even the normal food pellets, just timothy hay) and she poops A LOT. Like, A LOT A LOT. One morning I cleaned her cage, at night it was full of poop again. There are two toys in her cage that hang off the top--special guinea pig toys--she never plays with them. As a matter of fact, all she ever does in her cage is either hide in her little plastic igloo, or hide under the shelf which is the second floor, coming out only to eat and drink.

She seems not interested in anything at all! Is that normal--just her personality--or is something wrong with her? She's just NOT at all curious! Please help if you can? I was thinking of getting another girl guinea pig about the same age to be her companion, maybe that way she will be more energetic?

Why is my family so lazy and careless?

Ever since I was a child, I've always felt like me and my family never really had any special bond. We never have family time, and I feel that most of the time each of us is doing our own thing/activity. My two older brothers are either playing video games or on their computers, my mom spends countless hours on Facebook, and my dad spends his day in bed watching TV or using his phone. We hardly EVER get out of the house or eat out as a family (unless you count birthdays and special occasions, which in this case, I have to practically DRAG my family out of the house). And that's another thing; whenever we even step out of the house for anything besides grocery shopping or other errands, I'm always the one who has the idea. I feel like I'm the one responsible for it, and I really want that to change. We never go on vacations, but that's really because we're not very rich. Even then, most low-income families still have a little family time, at least.

I just don't want to have a family like this who never gets along or spends any time together. It's like we're living in our own world where the other is insignificant to one another. I want this to change. I want to have a normal family for once.

My family is lazy and now my house is messy and dirty w/damaged furniture...HELP!!!?

Talk to your family about how you want them to clean up more, how you're embarrassed about how you live and maybe they'll help out a little, you should tell your family how you think everybody should take on at least one chore lazy or not. You don't know many kids your age that gets upset over a messy house, and that's good. You should also tell them how you want friends over but you want to have a clean house.

Is my older sister lazy (ur opinion, read on, it's actually quite funny)?

So I'm 15 and my sister is 22 years old. She finished college last March and she moved back here because she spent a lot of money in college and in high school, she used her money for clothes and shoes and I'm trying not to make the same mistakes as her so I can get the heck out of my parents' house. So tbh, I'm a teenage guy & mom tells her that her job is to do the dishes and put them away. When she's not around, my sister makes me do it. Heck, she once got me out of the shower two times; one time because she didn't know how to turn on/off the tv and another time because she said she needed to use the shower first for work and she made me late for school the first time in my life (i'm a goody two-shoes). And I was studying for finals once and she made me wash the dishes, feed our dog, take him on a walk in the pouring rain, while she sits on her poor laziness watching her iPad. I was making a Youtube video once and she walked in and I had to cut it out and said, "Read the sign!" And she said, "I don't read. Sorry". Like after that, I just wanted to take a revolver and shoot myself in the mouth. I'm kind of tired of her living here. I don't spend as much money as she did in the past because I don't care about that kind of stuff.

Why are boys so lazy?

I come from a Chinese American family. I studied Pharmacy and ended up finishing school a year ahead of schedule straight out of high school.

My brother... still never finished college and this year will be his 8th year in college (and is suppose to be his last year). He still living with my parents, doesn't have a job, and spends his days playing video games. I've also met MANY other boys just like my brother.

This isn't to say all boys are lazy. My father wasn't. So... why are boys so lazy? Or lack ambition?

Our Shiba Inu is lazy and aggressive. What do I do?

My Shiba Inu is really lazy and fat. I've researched and read that that that's unusual for Shiba's. He doesn't like walks though he won't runaway from the house when he's not on a leash. I know it is normal for them to be aggressive to the same sex, but he's being aggressive to our new dog (a girl) in which we've had for about a week now. Please someone help and tell me what to do.
