I want to bail my friend out of jail how much do you think i'd have to pay... details inside?
My friend had some traffic violations and was really drunk riding a bike naked. So they charged him with the traffic violations, underage drinking, and being naked in public. His bail is $60,000 but i was talking to my mom and she said that you only have to pay a percentage of the bail. Anyways, if you can tell me how much i'd have to pay. Please don't leave any mean comments, i'll choose best answer i promise (:
How can I help my friend that is in jail?
By keeping in mind that what you consider helping, and what he considers helping, may be two polar opposites.I tried to get my loved one detox, rehab, Obamacare, vocational training, group therapy, individual therapy, rides and food.I vouched for him, pleaded for him, advocated for him through beauracracies. Made calls for him, drove him, waited for him, took middle of the night calls from him, and dropped everything to go pick him up.I wanted to help him get better.He saw no point, and just wanted to keep getting high.The “help” he wanted was to remove the consequences of his repeated fuckups and (I later learned) crimes.Unfortunately, he's in prison now.Your friend may feel that the most helpful thing you can do is bring contraband.Or contact someone on the outside.Or do something which will endanger him even more.Or endanger yourself.I was also warned against sending signals that the inmate has access to money. This can turn the inmate into a target for extortion. And you could end up spending your own hard earned money on other inmates just to keep your friend from getting beaten.Perhaps asking your friend to write a list of ways you could help him would clarify things, and you could consider the pros and cons and how to be most effective.Don't get played.Do expect continuing requests.And don't be surprised if you don't get gratitude.I hope this is helpful.
Can my parents send me to jail if they want to?
Hi I'm 17 and I was wondering if my parents can send me to jail if they want to....? Now here are the reasons 1. They don't like my friends they judge they by the way that they are the way they dress and from there passed, but I know how they are honestly they learned from there passed and change my parents just don't realize that... 2. We have constant arguments especially with my dad...... He says, he hired some kind of security to fallow me around to see what I'm doing and who I'm with..... He also says that they know who I talk to and who I text on my phone..... 3. Lately I haven't been listening to them, I go out without there permission because they don't let me go out they always want to drag me where ever they go.... And I'm sick and tired of it...... Ill be 18 in October so I'm waiting till then to move out.... But they say that there going to sing some paper with the police to keep me in jail is that ever possible or are they trying to scare me... Can they even send to jail at 17....?

my excell mate avacado gave me his phone number when i got out of the country jail and said we should stay friends, this is the same guy that turned me out like a little ***** and made fun of me in the yard. i mean i thought our relationship meant something but the jokes he made when we used to be in the yard. but then again he let me choose which bed it was done in so i really dont know if we should stay friends i mean in the yard he said i should only open my mouth for one reason.... should i lose contact with him... and no im not a homosexual i just dont have many friends in the world and im only 22, and i could use as many friends as possible, he used to say stuff like "this little guy dont have a hair on his body" and he used to make fun of my small penis and said my butthole was loose? should i let him back in my life?
Can my mom put me in jail?
No one's parents can have them put in jail. The most they can do is call the police and report a crime. Then the police/DA can put them in jail. You can't hit back unless it's to protect yourself AND there is no other option. If that happens, you could both end up in jail. If she hits you, then call the cops. If she feels you have committed a crime, she can call the police. If they suspect that you have committed a crime, they can lock you up - probably juvie since you are 17. And since you have chosen to piss her off rather than working through the issues, don't count on her to bail you out. Which means you could end up staying there until the cops release you or you have a trial. You both need a counselor, whether you want to admit it or not. Your stubborn block headed attitude is probably a big part of the problem.

Let me tell you my story, then you decide.I was a single dad with my 4-year-old daughter, living a happy life. A buddy of mine who I grew up with, from 1st to 8th grade, called me from Dallas and said he was coming for a visit. I was really glad to hear it. We drank and shared stories till the wee hours and went to bed.I got up early the next morning and was making coffee, when my daughter came in and told me he had crawled into bed with her and was touching her. She was 4, I knew she was not making this up, and her little friend who stayed the night said the same thing. He was still in bed at this time. I became so angry, I began to shake and saw red. It was a feeling that I don’t want to feel again. He finally came into the kitchen all smiling and such. The only thing I could do, and just barely was able to do, was tell him, “Don’t say a word, run out the front door this instant as fast as you can. I can only hold myself back for the next minute or two. then I will cut your throat.”I called the cops, told the story, and they found and arrested him. The United Way sent a child counselor to my house, and worked with my daughter many times as we were going to court to prosecute. Luckily for my daughter, he plead guilty, got 5 years, and is labeled a sex offender. I was very, very lucky I held control, otherwise I would have went to jail for murder and left my daughter alone.That's my story. Do you want one of your own? If I don't want to live, and the police want to put me in jail, isn't it just better if I was dead?
I would want to know why you did not want to live first. Life can be beautiful and meaningful if you give it a chance. I spent 42 years in prison and if I wanted to be dead, I would be. Instead, I am living a wonderful life surrounded with people who love me and understand my limitations and character flaws, and they STILL invite me to dinner! I am invited to one of my friends wedding in June. I am in college working on being a business professional. I just spent the day with many of my church family learning about God and His word. And I got to smell the most wonderful flower as I was walking down the street. There is so much to live for. I just hope that you do not really want to not live. Jesus and His people Love you like God loves His Glorious Future.
