My Hair Is Awful Help

I'm so bad at curling my hair. Help?

ME TOOO.

My Hair is awful! :(?

I used to be in the same boat!!! My hair is the same way also!! I was so upset, but you have to keeep your head held high.

-I started using Tresemme' shampoo and conditioner- they have allll differnt kinds- they have, smooth and silk, for damaged hair, weather control- almost everything. I HIGHLY recommend this. For real, use this stuff. I started using it one night, and literally , the next day at school, 6 of my friends commented on how good my hair looked. Great stuff.
- I always straighten my hair also, but i do avoid it sometimes. On weekends, over breaks, sicks days, etc. I don't starighten it. I also have a natural day every now and then, where i wear my hair natural to school.
- Get some heat protectent spray, that stuff realllly works! Its basicallly a spray that protects from heat. You can get it at your hairdresser, target, walmart, anywhere! Get some.
- Get your hair trimmed every 6-8 weeks to keep it healthy.
Thats all I can think off right now, but, ask your girlfriends, hairdresser, moms, anyone for tips.
Hope this helps, and dont be sad!

My hair is UGLY! Help! Please!?

What can I do to make my hair look better? My hair is puffy and has crazy curls and is frizzy and dry as well. It's absolutely crazy ridiculous. I can never even let it down. I'd like for my hair to be less crazy and more shiny and more calm. I would like to be able to let my hair down without fear. Please give me some advice!! Thanks!

My hair is UGLY what do I do I need help!?!?

1st Please don't take it the wrong way when I say Your young and this isn't going to matter in a few years and those other girls don't wake up looking great. They are thinking the same thing you are and I bet they get up early and spend hours on their hair. So don't feel bad.
But for now it does matter! Right!?
There are so many things you can do here are a few.
You can get up in time to wash your hair and put in a mousse. I like back to basics volumizing root boost. I've tried a lot of different root boost and I think this one works better then the rest. If you need to cure frizz try Matrix sleek look #3 gel called blow-down. I also like their shampoo and conditioner. Now if you don't like these ideas you can try using a metal barrel round brush and use it to smooth out the top. Just don't roll it around til the hair touches the hair.but this should give body and smooth if it takes to long to smooth you can spray a little hair spray on hair 1st then use round brush its like spraying starch on your shirt before you iron it. And one more if my hair is done my face looks better and if my face is done my hair looks better. so try rimmel lasting finish base make-up then dust it with a translucent powder. maybe just a LITTLE eye shadow a lite brown looks natural and remember you are just as good as anyone else and that all young girls feel the way you do even if they never let you see it

I Bleached my hair an ugly orange blonde HELP?

go to a good salon and have them do treatments on your hair and get it dyed darker. dont bleach again it will make your hair weak, really weak.

My hair always looks like crap! Help!?

1. Never apply the shampoo directly onto your hair.
2. Focus on the scalp. Massage it with your fingertips, not your fingernails.
3. Don't apply too much shampoo. It will get rid of the natural oils.
4. Apply conditioner to the ends and the middle of your hair as it is the driest area. Leave it on for 5 minutes.
5. Comb your hair before and after you have washed it, NEVER brush it as it will break your hair and 'cause split ends.
6. To add volume you can use volumising sprays or mousses (Redken 06 Rootful is very good)
5. You could also use either a streightening creme or a curling creme, depending on how you want to style it. (I recommend Frederic Fekkai Luscious Curls, and KMS Straightening créme)
6. ALWAYS use a heat protectant before styling your hair.
7. Get your hair cut every 6 weeks or so, to keep it healthy.
8. Never towel dry your hair. Wrap it up in a towel, gently squeeze it and keep the towel on for 5-10 minutes and then let it dry naturally.
9. Apply products after your hair is 70% dry.
10. Teasing is good for volume, too, but it breaks your hair.

Hope I helped.

My daughter dyed her hair and it looks awful. How can I fix it?

Do you dislike it? Does she like it?If she doesn’t like it and you can afford it, take her to a salon and let the professionals deal with correcting the color. If that’s too expensive, perhaps it’s time for shorter hair or some sort of cut that makes it look purposeful. Like it’s supposed to look like that. You know, funky hair color + funky haircutI had dyed hair that was growing out and it looked bad while I was on vacation so I decided to fix it, but with black henna. Boy what a mistake that was. My hair turned gray green. Not an attractive gray or green. It was hideous. I was so distraught. As a teen girl, I was desperate to fix it. I went to a salon to have it fixed because I’d already done enough damage. I spent 2 days (and all my money) with some guys who bleached it a couple of times and dyed it purple for me. Yes, it took two whole days. My hair was so damaged after that it felt like yarn, and was actually stretchy. It did look a lot better. Anyways, before you get any bright ideas about dying hair, like I did, just don’t. Remember it’s chemically processing her hair and there are things that just don’t mix. Like, for example, temporary color on top of permanent.

My hair feels like straw and looks horrible, what can I do?

Start with trimming off dead and splitting ends to prevent the hair splitting any further up the strand. With fresh ends maintenance from that point forward will be most effective. Detangle with wide tooth combs or picks. Try to avoid using excessive heat on your hair; if you must use heat use thermal protection. Use sulfate free shampoo like JOICO. My personal favorite is Schwarzkopf Bonacure Time Restore Therapy \U0001f497 Good luck!

Bad Perm!!! Need help before I shave my head!?

Please dont keep that bleached out, over permed, dry, damaged hair on your head. It would take a lot of effort and a lot of conditioning on a daily/weekly basis to make it look and feel semi-good. And how long do you want to hang on to bad hair? You should try to look your best as often as you can.

I dont agree with the rest of the posters on getting layers, that would only cut off -some- of the damaged hair. So your hair would look about 3/4 good...

Get your make-over on girl! Cut it short and choppy all over, use a little hair product for a bed-head effect and you are done. You could really save time on getting ready in the AM too...!!!

Its hair anyway, it'll grow back, right?! Have fun!
