I think my hymen is weird?
Are you 100% certain that the skin you’re seeing is a piece of the hymen? Some women have bits of skin hanging down in this area and these are usually t remnants of the hymen, but there is another possibility that the flap of skin is one of the inner lips (labia minor) that surround the vaginal entrance. One of lips is often longer than the other and may seem to hang down, but you don’t have to worry about it, it is perfectly normal. It is designed to cross over the other lip to provide a better 'seal' during standing or sitting. Anyway I don’t think that you should do anything by yourself, I think you should see a gynecologist about it. There are not two women whose anatomy in this area are exactly the same; most have their little unique differences, which are absolutely nothing to worry about.

Pieces of skin are falling out of your vagina? See a doctor. The doc will want to know the following: Any odor? Last period? Last time you had sex? Any chance you are pregnant? Have you used any vaginal topical or inserted medication recently? Good luck.
DID HE BREAK MY HYMEN? OR DID I GET MY PERIOD?
I do not know the ODDs ,but ,the fingering is nice for loosing hymen without pain. Stirring up your tummy muscles and vagina could have caused a period to begin a few hours early even a day.. I'm 16 years old and I want to use tampons, but my mom won't let me. What should I do?
When I was twelve, I asked my mother about using tampons. She told me I wasn’t allowed to. Apparently, when she was a girl, she knew someone who knew someone who died from Toxic Shock Syndrome.When I was fourteen, I pleaded with my mother to let me use tampons. She absolutely forbade it. She was convinced that if I ever had a tampon anywhere near my body, I would die.When I was fifteen, I presented my mother with all the information I could find about tampons, the rarity of TSS, and made an impassioned, and well thought-out, speech about how much I would prefer to use tampons. She said no.When I was sixteen, I stopped at the corner store on the way home from school, and used my babysitting money to buy a packet of tampons.I didn’t tell my mum I’d bought them. I never mentioned it. She must have noticed that I wasn’t using the pads she bought anymore—she certainly stopped buying them—but she didn’t mention it either. We lived in blissful non-communication until I moved out of home.The point of my story is…It’s your body, and you have a right to use whatever product you’re comfortable with during your period. Maybe it’s time to simply buy some tampons.But, before you do, try to talk to your mum about it. Maybe she has reasons that you’re not aware of. Will my Tampon fall out while swimming?
so i started my period 6 months ago(its been very irregular) and im going swimming tomorrow. its not a heavy flow but my doctor said not to go swimming cuz i could get an infection? so its my first time wearing one and i have 3 questions. 1- will it fall out while im swimming??? 2- will it do anything to my hymen like break it? tampons arent going to be a regular thing only when i go swimming 3- how long should the string be hanging out? like should some of the string be inside or what? I dont have a mom or else i would ask her so please help me! oh and im swimming tomorrow(: thanks!
Should I allow my 14 year old daughter to use tampons?
YES! As a seasoned mom of 4 adult daughters and Nurse Epidemiologist, the Tampons are an absolute life saver in many ways as you know…. The two of you go to a drug store to check everything out & help her decide. I’m suggesting a drug store like Walgreen's because it is not as busy as a grocery store and less chance of her bumping in to someone she knows from school.I can tell you from experience that teen girls take a nose dive on self confidence at 13 and 14 years old. DO NOT allow her to stay home while you go buy the products. You and I know these young teens are so embarrassed to even be seen in public let alone in a drug store with Tampons! STAND YOUR GROUND on not letting her stay home while you go shopping for her.**I realize I have repeated “DO not allow her to stay home while you go buy the products.” It is important to repeat a word or sentence to “anchor” a very important message. Let her know that if you go alone that you will be making choices that she may not like or understand. What I’ve found helpful is to buy some “travel” sizesI so enjoy being around young teen and tween girls… totally adorable! My 4 girls had no problem with being shy or quiet when around their friends. Do you regret losing your virginity when you did?
Yes. I definitely regret it. I lost my virginity when I was 12, to a 13 year old boy who lived in the house I was staying at.We were hanging out in the basement (where I was staying) the night before I was supposed to head home. I did and he seemed to be enjoying it, I’m the type of person who only wants others to fells good so I did what he told me. After a bit he lasted down in the floor with his pants still down.
