8 GB or 16Gb? Ipod nano 4th or 5th generation?

I currently have a Sansa SanDisk, It's a 4GB but it's crap. It doesn't hold nearly enough music. Currently on my itunes I have 6.15 GB worth of music. All I want the ipod for is music, no pics, videos or anything like that. Should I get an 8 GB or a 16 GB (just to be safe)? And Should I wait until september to get the 5th generation or should I just go out and by the 4th generation. I have the money to by the 4th generation now but idk if I should wait or not. Btw Im going crazy w/o some kind of music player. LOL.
Thanks much.

Can I transfer songs from my Windows laptop to my iPod Touch? If possible, is it free?

Greetings! There are 2 ways to do so.follow this to add music to iPod/iPod touch from Windows or Mac computer with steps below:Step 1. Download and install AnyTrans on computer.Step 2. Open AnyTrans, and connect your iPod to computer via USB cable. After AnyTrans recognizes your device, click "Add Content" button.Transfer Music from Computer to iPod with AnyTrans – Step 2Step 3. Find and select the music you want to transfer from computer to your iPod, then click Open to start transferring. After transferring, all selected songs will be transferred to your iPod touch Music app or other iPod disk.Transfer Music from Computer to iPod with AnyTrans – Step 3Important Note: Compared to sync music with iTunes, you won't lose any previous song on your iPod when transferring music from computer to iPod with AnyTrans. If you are having problem with your iPod touch or iPhone iPad after iOS 10 update, here is a list about the common iOS 10 problems and solutions.2.Have iTunes installed on your computer. Tip: If you were Windows Media Player user, you need to transfer songs from Windows Media Player onto iTunes library firstly.Open iTunes, click File > Add File to Library to import your music (Ctrl+O). How to Transfer Music from PC/Mac Computer to iPod without iTunes – Step 2Connect your iPod to the computer through USB cable. And then you can copy and paste the songs from the iTunes library over to the iPod device, which is supposed to show on the left side of iTunes. If nothing is happening when you drag songs, you may have to go to Summary and check the Manually manage music and videos box. How to Transfer Music from Computer to iPod (touch) without iTunes – Step 3At last, you will find the music you selected has transferred onto iPod devices. This approach would be very annoying if your music files did not put together, because you need to find them one-by-one and import them into iTunes library before transferring to iPod.You should keep it in mind that any attempts to sync your iPod with a different computer will result in an iPod with all your music deleted.

How much would an iPod Touch 4th gen. sell for with Flappy Birds installed?

Flappy Birds became a rare collectible game after it's removal from the App Store. There are already auctions being held for devices that have Flappy Birds installed on it and I noticed that the newer and more advanced devices are being sold for higher prices(iPhone 5S with Flappy Birds cost up to $100,000). I'm wondering what the price would be if I have a 4th generation iPod Touch with Flappy Birds installed.

Helllp! My I pods going crazy!?

try holding the sleep button and the home button at the same time until the apple pops up, aka rebooting it. if that doesn't work try resetting everything from your iTunes. and if THAT doesn't work, take it to the apple store. they'll be able to tell you whats wrong with it. hope this helped :)

My parents won't let me get a new iPod touch!!?

"I've had my 4th generation iPod touch for 5 years"

That's odd. I thought the 4 was introduced in the summer of 2010. Of course I got the iPod Touch 3 that year. No regrets. Still running just fine.....

"it has no more GB left on it"

It might have helped if you said how (according to iTunes) your memory was being used. Or which iPod Touch this was - I'm guessing the 8GB one.

"my parents aren't letting me get a new one!!"

I'm with them. Everybody has an iPod now, but few people seem to appreciate how expensive an iPod Touch is. Somebody paid a lot of money for that iPod, and your parents expect that that price will be vindicated by getting it to last. Your current iPod didn't last - either because it wasn't made very well, or you didn't take good care of it. Either way, they likely see the buying of a new one as tossing good money after bad.

"They even let my sister and brother get the newest iPod!! WHAT THE HECK?!?"

I don't understand - was that your way of saying that your sister and brother don't deserve iPods more than you do? Did they not already have iPods?

"Please tell me why you think they won't let me get a new one"

Here's an idea - since you know them and see them all the time, try asking them yourself. I can only guess the answer.

"what are some good ways to tell them I need a new one?"

None. An ipod is simply not something you need, and no parent will be convinced otherwise.

"I'm so mad right now!!"

Here's an idea to calm you down. Ask yourself what it is you think you need the new iPod (or any iPod) for. Unless your cellphone is a basic phone, it can do what an iPod can do; even a basic phone can play music and video and take pictures. Also because phones tend to use microSD cards, you have more control over the putting of music onto your phone, and copying from it.

Can my ipod touch get a virus from surfing the web?

It is possible but very unlikely. The iPod touch is a very secure device. WITHOUT jail breaking the only virus you can get can only access your texts and emails and basically anything you can do unjailbroken but is more hacking related than a true virus. If you do jailbreak however that is a different story because you are taking a secure closed sources operating system and opening it. Once jailbroken you give yourself and potential hackers root access which is very very bad. So you answer is it is possible but very unlikely.
Edit: jailbreakme.com is an example of this because it was a website used to jailbreak or "hack" your device. While this vulnerability lasted which it no longer does it could have been used to install a virus. It was also proven in a hacking competition that it is possible.
Also ABSOLUTELY no device connected to the internet is impervious to all hacking/virus attempts. The only way to never get a virus is to never install anything except the default programs and stay disconnected from the internet.

Should I buy an iPod Touch?

It sounds like it will work fine for your purposes. I took a quick look at the top charts of games, and it looks like many of them will work just fine with the 6th generation iPod touch. Keep in mind that the iPod touch’s 4″ (10.16 cm) screen is a bit smaller than your iPhone 6’s 4.7″ (~12 cm) screen.Make sure you use the same Apple ID on both so you can use all your purchased apps. You can buy game controllers that will work with many, but not all, games. Look for “MFI” (Made For iPhone / iPad / iPod Touch) controllers if you want. Those are the only ones that will work. I put a link to the controller I bought below. It's a bit smaller than something like an XBOX 360 controller, but full-size controllers are available, too:Apple Certified Mad Catz Micro C.T.R.L.i Mobile Gamepad and Game Controller Mfi Made for Apple TV, iPhone, and iPad - RedHave fun!
