My Knee Is Hot To The Touch And Its Sensitive To Cold Air. Should I Check It Out Or Wait

Chronic knee pain in 19 yr old?

You need a MRI. I had this problem and after it gave out the last time I told the doc something was seriously wrong. Instead of just trying to get it back on track myself, I went to the doc while it was still "out" and unable to be straightened. The MRI showed I had a torn ACL. It is possible it is something else but I would consider asking the doc to have a MRI done to make sure. BTW I have now had 2 ACL replacements because I tore it again. I'm currently recovering from my most recent surgery.

GOOD LUCK!!!

Anna

What are the most sensitive parts of a man's body?

The earlobe is a good one. Gently lick and nibble on it and blow softly, it drives them wild! The neck, sides and the back of the neck if they are lying face down. Run your tongue up their spine and up the back of their neck then slowly blow a trail of air where you've left it wet from your tongue.Using your tongue on any area is usually a good thing to start with. Biceps, behind the knee, inner Thighs etc. Teasing all the way up to their groin but not touching anything sexual just yet is great. Using your nails gently to scratch all over.If you're about to give head, tease him by again using your mouth to blow cold air all then getting your mouth close and opening it wide to change it quickly from cold to warm air.Gently play with his balls and run your tongue up the shaft of the penis. Tickle his balls with your tongue and nails but VERY gently. Take then into your mouth and suck then lightly, but again, very gently unless otherwise instructed.Try and use different sensations. Vary your touch, rhythm, temperature as I've mentioned, kiss all over, use your nails, run your fingers and nails through his hair and down his neck and back, especially on the crease or nape of his neck.Explore what works for him, he will let you know what feels good by his reaction and where his erogenous zones are.

Can a healing wound feel warm (not hot) to the touch and not be infected?

This is a question for your medical provider and I can only give you general information.A wound is any break, cut, burn or scrape on the skin and penetrating the skin. A wound can range from very minor (a sliver), to extremely serious (a gunshot wound).Signs of infection in a wound include redness of the skin surrounding the wound area, a hot or burning sensation in the wound and surrounding area, and white or yellow drainage from the wound (pus, indicating white blood cells are present). After getting any wound, wash the affected area with clean water and soap. Apply an antibiotic cream, bandage lightly, but do not cover tightly. Remove bandage after 2–3 days and allow wound to heal in the open air. Keep skin area clean. If there is any doubt, seek medical attention.

Knee pain? outside of knee to the right side (my right leg) help!?

You should really go see an orthopedic surgeon. I've had knee problems my whole life and just had my second surgery last week. I had a similar pain on the outside of my knee, only the left one, and it ended up being a meniscus tear, but I'm not saying yours is the same. The popping could be your kneecap slipping around a bit, I had this problem except mine would fully dislocate. Just go see a doctor, it sounds like you're too active a person to be hampered down by some injury.

Cold sensation in my right leg off and on for a few days....please read more?

Could be one of two things. Blood circulation problem caused by either clot or some other interference or it could be that a nerve in your lower spinal region is being tweaked/pinched/compressed. You need to see a doctor kiddo. You don't want to screw with your circulation or nervous system like that.

I have water on both of my knees for no apparent reason.?

They have just a slight amount of swelling. They are a bit squishy in the soft areas and are warm t the touch. When I walk it feels like I am walking with air pockets inside my knees. It feels weird, but that ends and then it just hurts. I have not hurt my knees, or began any new exercises. This comes and goes as it pleases and it affects both of my knees at the same time. Neither of my knees have sustained any serious injury in 29 years of life. Could this be arthritis?

Why do I have a cold patch of skin?

For about a week now, I've had this patch of skin just above my right knee that feels cold (not to the touch, but like if I had an ice pack on it). At first, I didn't really care, but now it's kind of getting annoying. I figured it would have gone away by now, but it hasn't. When I hold my hand over it, it seems to be temporarily warmed, but as soon as I move my hand away, it's cold again. It doesn't matter if I'm wearing clothes or am under a lot of blankets, it still feels like it's exposed to icy wind or something.

I've had no surgeries, and as far as I know, no neurological damage. Should I see a doctor or just continue to ignore it? Does anyone know what it could be? Thank you for any information you have to offer!

Air Circulation Causes Swelling And Arthritis Pain?

My mother-in-law lives with us and claims that air circulating in the room by a fan, or cooler temperatures with the air conditioning cause her stiffness and pain in her neck, arms, legs, wrists, and hands, and also swelling. She has Diabetes, Fibromyalgia, and Osteoarthritis. I'm trying to collect as many facts as I can, as my research so far has not indicated sensitivity to air circulation as being a symptom or side affect of any of these diseases, and I've never heard such in my life. Can someone shed a little more light on this subject for me?
