Can I play League of Legends without a video card?

My surface pro 3 using an intel 3xxx series processor with integrated graphics runs it fine. Most people’s laptops that I know of run it fine. As long as the computer itself isn’t struglling to run, you’ll probably be fine. The best way to find out is to just download it and jump into a game

Someone in League of Legends called me a noob, how can I sue him for slander?

Mic or skype not fully working while playing league of legends?

when playing lol with 3 friends and on skype, i found out that during the games, they apparently wither couldnt hear me at all or the sound was too messed up to hear, even though it worked just fine before the game and with mi sensitivity on full.
its a fairly decent laptop that can easily handle the game pretty much seamlessly and can handle receiving sounds from other people on skype, but apparently they just cant hear me so i have to resort to typing warnings instead of quickly saying it and being able to keep moving, which just inst convenient at all and makes me play even worse than i do already.

is this a problem unique to me? are there any ways i can sort this?
its not the sound from the speakers being picked up by the mic and everythings fully updated so i cant see what the problem could be.
and as much as id love to use them, i cant use the less cpu intensive vent or teamspeak because none of us have bought or made a server on there to use, so it has to be bulky old skype
