My Left Chest Feel A Pain After I Get Shock From View My Own Shadow. Is There Somethig Wrong With

Help me...last night I felt something in my room?

I've heard of that.. some people call it the 'old hag' or something like that.. you pretty much can't move, only breathe hard out, you see something hovering over you.. but yeah, a lot of people experience it, you wont know when it'll happen to you, the best thing to do is stay calm and wait till it's over.

I like how people believe it's evil spirits and demons, isn't it interesting how us humans think?
I'm not religious but part of me wants to believe it's spirits, demons or some satanic thing.
What else could it be.. that's something I don't want to know. Paranormal Activity ruined my life. Haven't even seen the movies but the trailer is enough to scare you for life.

Don't stress over this, you know what it is now, life is all about experience, live and learn, try but don't die.

X-ray for lower back pain showed nothing why?

~ Hi ~ ! By my answers I sound like I've had every pain condition known to man. However, I have had experience with lumbar issues. I was having tremendous pain that radiating to my hip and down my left leg. I had X-Rays of my spine and hip and everything appeared "normal" and my Doctor basically gave me the feeling that I should be "feeling fine". Just like you're experiencing with your Doctor.

X-Rays, only show what's going on with the bony structure of the spine (or whatever is being X-rayed). Like if you had a collapsed disc, that would show up in a X-Ray. However, it doesn't show what's going on with the soft tissues. An MRI will show that. When my Doctor FINALLY did an MRI it showed a large herniated disc (when the Neuro Spine surgeon) saw it, he couldn't believe I was able to walk around.

All I can say is be persistent and demand an MRI. There is probably something going on with the discs that an X-Ray won't show.

I hope you get relief soon! =)

How to write in first person without writing in third person?

This is a great question, and I'm not a professional writer, but I think I can help a bit:
"Anger bubbled up through my chest: She was just standing there, waiting for me to respond, grinning insolently. Of all the nerve!"
If it seems like the action is delayed, put it first, then explain after. It's actually a good way to keep the reader interested. Sometimes it's fun to read a first person story where the protagonist acts in ways that are unexpected. Then you're trying to figure out what makes them react that way.
It sounds to me like you're asking the right kind of question, keep it up!
