My Natural Hair Color Is Black Rght Now Is Brown

Why is my brown hair turning into black hair?

Not to worry, it's a natural thing with most everyone. You are at the right age for all sorts of bodily changes to begin.I have dark haired parents, both blonde until your age, dad’s went to medium brown then grey, mom was blonde to 16 & it went to medium brown to brunette with some grey. They produced 6 kids all with varying colored hair:Sister born light brown, darkened to medium brown, now grey.Me born bald, at age 2 - darkest brunette with a couple of white hairs after breaking my leg at 14 Months, by age 16 had a big patch of white, by age 40 completely white, at age 59yrs some dark brown is emerging.Brother born white blonde, darkened to dark blonde, some white hair.Sister born light brown with red & gold highlights, darkened to dark brown with blonde streak, now greying.Sister born with lightest brown, darkened to medium brown, now greying.Sister born with pale reddish blonde hair, darkened to strawberry blonde, few white hairs. As you can see there is a variety of ways you can begin & end with & variations in between. There are 2 types of pigment in our hair & how much of each isn’t quite conclusive. It's in your DNA & you can't change your DNA.So you are lucky enough to have a new more dramatic color change free from Mother Nature.

My natural hair color is brown but, i have blond arm pit hair.... what is wrong with me?!?!?

Lol there's nothing wrong with you. My natural haircolor is black and I had blonde arm hair(turned black over time) and brown armpit hair lol it's normal

My hair is naturally light brown, but I dyed it dark brown. How do I get it back to my natural hair color naturally?

If you used box color from a drug store it'll wash out adventually. If you used professional color it might also wash out. If it was colored many times your best bet it a bleach wash. Salons use this technique to lighten hair when color comes out to dark.Get hair bleach. Developer 10 volume. And conditonar.Mix equal parts.Apply to your hair.Do not leave on for more then 5 min.Should lighten it up depending on how light your trying to go. This is used to try to strip some of the color out.

I naturally have slightly dark brown hair. can I dye my hair blue?

Yuppers. Im not a professional but mine is dark brown and I've dyed my hair blue several times. First you have to lighten your hair enough for the blue to show (which would mean getting your hair bleached). If you don't want to spend the money on getting your hair professionally bleached then you do what I do and use either one of these:You can get these at Walmart or Shoppers Drugmart, and possibly other places. If you have really long thick hair (like down-to-your-elbows long) then you might need two boxes. Make sure to follow all the instructions in the box very carefully. If your hair is a reaally orange color, you might need to bleach again (make sure to wait at least 1 month before bleaching again). But if your hair is a lighter brassy color like this:You can still put blue dye in it. Though keep in mind, the more yellowish your hair is after bleaching, the more green your hair will be after the blue fades. As soon as your hair is totally dry from the bleaching, blue the blue dye in right away. Right now your hair will be “thirtsy” from the bleaching so it will soak up the dye and will keep the color longer. My personal favorite color dye is Jerome Russels Punky Color:This is the best semi-permanent dye I've tried. Got it as Shopers Drugmart (you might be able to find it at Walmart, I'm not sure)Tip: use some cheap conditioner to help washout the dye. Your hair will still feel kinda stiff (or kinda like straw) from being bleached recently so it will stick and trap excess dye from washing out, the conditioner will make it slippery so more dye will come out the first rinse.Keep in mind any color dye will slowly come off, so use dark color towels you don't care about. If you want it to last longer make sure to use color protection shampoo and conditioner.Sorry this is such a long explanation! If you want more info you can private message me :D

Black hair color.. thin or thick?

People allways say different ideas about it.. So i dont no who els i should trust out of this.

My question is i have fine hair but the back head is more heavier... since the hair grows quicker a tthe back..

I have dark brown natural color.

I want to dye my hair all black with foils and add in protection treatment just incase the color breaks my hairs..

All this will be done at a hairdressor salon..

My question to this is... will the black color would make my hair thinner or thicker looks and feeling ?

I recall when i had bleach blonde done and my hair felt like i had heaps of hair but now that i have my natural hair color i feel so thin but i was told its FINE from all hairsalones ives been to.

Im scared that my hair might looks more thinner if i was to color it..
And there is no such thing when people say the following: choose carefully the balck color u want because ones you have it you cant change it back to blonde or other colors... Like i ask my self yeah? thats not true.. Its not like black color dye is going to permamently stay on my head .. Hair ddoes grow and black disapears from the root growth.

How would I turn my dyed red hair back to dark brown?

Red is one of the hardest colors to maintain and also the hardest to get rid of Ash gets rid of red and going with a dark brown you shouldn't run into any problems. Like always, i recommend having your hair done by a licensed professional colorist but if you choose to do it on your own, this is what you'll need…Let me just clarify this for you… you will be able to get rid of the red but eventually some red will still come through so it might take you more than once or twice to get rid of the red. But to start off… mixing these 2 permanent hair color, use 1/2 Natural Dark Brown and 1/2 Dark Ash Brown with a 20 Volume Cream DEVELOPER. Apply root to ends for about 40 minutes. The red should be gone and be sure to use shampoo and conditioner for color treated hair. The reason why I dont recommend using straight ash color is because if it is too much ash, your hair will most likely look drab and unnatural if straight ash isnt needed.Usually a 4 week time frame is the best amount of time to determine whether or not your red hair is going to need another coloring. If you feel too much red has come through the dark brown, Then i would say to go ahead and just straight Dark ash Brown this time. And if you are not looking to cover any grey roots, instead of using a permanent Color this time around, go ahead and use a semi or demi. Apply from root to end, leaving it to process for about 30–40 min. This should do the trick.Good luck

What do I do if I want my hair back to its natural colour and I bleach it and then dyed it blonde and then dyed it again dark brown. How can I get my hair back to its natural colour, is it possible to remove bleach from hair?

After using a bleaching treatment, you have stripped all pigmentation out of the shafts of your hair. So, you have to redeposit the colours back into the hair, moving up the colour chart from white to brown.I'm sure you have seen people who have yellow hair that intended it to be blonde. It's because they didn't take it down to the level past yellow. Black to browns to orange to yellow to white. You have to fill the shaft of hair with the colours, depending on how light you took it with the bleach. It can be done, I'm a senior stylist and colour Tech. If you are trying to do this on your own, I need some details please.May I ask what is your natural colour? In order to help you out, I need to know what colour you are now. Level if you know it. I also need to know what your natural is. Hair is made up of several colours, so if you can give me details about colour you pull when you first used the bleach, it can also help. For example, I'm a level 5 brown and my hair pulls copper and gold no matter what I use. Do you know what you pull and what level you are at now? As well as what you want to achieve?

My natural hair color is dark brown. I recently dyed it blonde, but just got it dyed back to dark brown. My hair looks almost black. Will it fade?

Sometimes after having your hair chemically treated (hair dye, bleaching) it becomes very porous and will grab color even darker than expected. It just happened to me and my hair colorist had me wash my hair a couple of times with (Dawn) dishwashing liquid, which absolutely softened the too dark color. You need tons of conditioner left of after using dishwashing liquid to get your hair soft again, and then rinse that out. It should lift the excess color off.If your hair is damaged, look into Olaplex No. 3 which is not a conditioner, but rebonds your hair.

If i dye my hair black will it fade into dark dark brown?

My family says that black hair dye doesn't fade and it's permanent until you grow it out and if it does fade it won't be into a dark brown. My hair is dark brown right now but i want my hair to be the darkest brown there is but not black. I know my hair can be much darker since i've seen friends with darker brown hair and i really like it. So do you guys think black hair dye will fade into dark dark brown? or won't fade at all? or what?

I dyed my hair black from blonde, and I hate it. How can I lighten it up without bleaching my hair again?

I had this same problem.  I've been colouring my hair black for the past year or so but wanted to go back to blonde (my natural hair colour).  But I did not want to a) fry my hair and b) walk around with an orange head!So what I did is this:First step: I went to the hairdresser to add some highlights to my black hair.  The highlights came out a somewhat "goldie" colour and simply lifted the black a bit, yet it did not look too intense, especially after a few washes (as it would have if I bleached my whole head).  So I could still go out in society without looking like a clown.  LOL!  Second step: I waited 3-4 weeks (to give my hair time to recover)Third step: After 3 weeks I put hair colour remover to my hair (NOT the type which has peroxide in it - the type which only removes hair colour).  I don't think the product matters that much - as long as it does not contain peroxide.  Also, go for one that says maximum strength.  The colour remover made a big difference and lightened the black areas to a golden brown colour, while the highlights remained in tact.  So at the moment I'm not yet fully blonde but I now have golden brown hair colour with highlights.  My next step is to wait another 2-3  weeks and then add some more colour remover (or, alternatively, go back to the hairdresser and add some more highlights) to lighten it up even more. The reason I did the highlights first was because the colour remover does have the effect of giving your hair a slightly orangey tone.  But that is counteracted by the highlights (which stays in tact even after using the colour remover).  I also added some toner to my hair to counteract the orange.I think no matter what you do, if you want to lighten your hair from black, you will end up with orange/golden tones so the key is to change it mildly, step by step so that it won't look too intense.
