My Son Was Arrested For Having Methanphetamines In His Possession How Long Does It Take From The

How likely is someone to get pre-sentencing house arrest if they are charged with dealing meth and possession of a handgun?

That answer depends on circumstances and jurisdiction.”Pre-sentencing” suggests that the subject has already been convicted. That means the subject is a convicted armed meth dealer? To what end would this coddling be aimed? That the subject is going away for a long time and this is an opportunity to say goodbyes? House arrest is easily escaped- few judges are going to be willing to take the risk with a newly convicted armed drug dealer. They are acutely aware of the dangers of losing such a prisoner. If the subject is in Collin County, Texas, I would suggest that the chances of such kid glove treatment are about equivalent to that of a snowball in hell. They will lodge such a person in one of the housing clusters at the Criminal Justice Center until the judge issues the sentencing order. It may be different other places.

Has T-Pain been arrested? and what for and how many times?

He had two noted legal troubles in 2007. When he refused to cut his set short at Radio One's Spring Fest Concert in Miami on the evening of April 28, 2007, police presence escalated backstage. He became agitated after concert officials stopped his performance of "Buy You a Drink". Police chased T-Pain and his entourage out of the premises and detained them. After a June 2007 concert of T-Pain's, Tallahassee police issued a warrant for his arrest over a suspended driver's license. T-Pain turned himself into the Leon County Jail on November 2, 2007.

What exactly does an arrest for possession of a controlled substance mean?

A controlled substance can be anything listed on one of the schedules of the controlled substance act. The schedules can be found here:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Controlled_...

Typically if you are caught with anything on schedule I, II or III you can be charged with possession of a controlled substance. This can include perscription medications if your state law lists its non-perscribed possession as a crime (most likely a schedule III drug like hydrocodone). If a person has lortabs or a similar perscription drug outside of a bottle with no script for it they will be charged and have to show that they were allowed to possess it when they go to court.

Even then though, many states have a charge for carrying a controlled perscription outside of its container. Typically just a fine though.

How long does crystal meth stay in your system if you snort it?

If you tip off your mother's work, she'll be fired and it'll put her in a more desperate situation that will cause her to use more. It would also leave her without money to care for you and you could end up in and out of foster care until you're 18 yrs old.
Ratting out your own mother is about one of the lowest things you can do besides stealing from her.
If she's got a problem but is able to consistently get to work, then the drug use doesn't affect her the same as the typical "junkie". Some ppl aren't even junkies and can't keep a job. She's doing good for even the average person.
Think about the consequences of your course of action first.
Keep in mind that snitching leads to trouble.
***When you have a issue with her, be mature and take it up with her. At first she might be embarrassed or feel like she's fallen from grace with her children, but have faith in the fact she'll come around once she's had a minute to think about how she's affecting you.***

-Talking to a counselor is the most definite way to get you put into state care. Which means oraphanage. Their temporary remedy for kids with bad parents.
Orphanages are about the most horrible thing you can imagine, times two.
-Telling the police gets your mom thrown in jail, which gaurentees she'll lose her job, causes incredible hardship with court fees, lawyers fees, not to mention a felony forever on her permanent record ensuring she'll never get hired anywhere ever again.
-Stealing her stash will cause her to spend more dollars getting more and will directly effect your needs being met in the same.

If the police are trying to charge someone for fake meth they found in their room as real meth, will it hold up in court?

Yes. It also will carry the same penalty as though it was methamphetamine. Also just by possessing the necessary chemicals to make meth, if they are located in the same container, location, and if the authorities believe you possess the knowledge to make meth; it is ‘highly’ likely that charges of manufacturing will be presented before the prosecutor. Years ago I had a friend in Seattle who lived in and out of homeless shelters due to a heroin addiction that cost him everything. He would take the little bars of soap that the mission handed out to the homeless people and he would break the bar into little rocks and wrap them in cellophane from his cigarette pack. Then he would walk down to the market and pass them off to the college kids and other privileged people as if they were indeed crack rocks. He got away with such for a couple months but one day he got caught up and searched. He had sold twice to the same guy. If he hadn't been dope sick from heroin withdrawals he probably would not have done such a fool move, but he was not thinking. If you burn someone once with fake dope, your lucky if you don't catch an asswhippin. Though this was of no concern as long as he made a couple quick sales, kept moving, and stuck to selling to the weekend warriors and college kids who were doing drugs to look cool. They posed no threat. The worst that could happen is they would realize the dope was soap and end up given up or looking elsewhere for another. But his addiction got the best of him and he sold a Sac to the same Marc twice in a row, twenty minutes apart! He was charged with possession with intent and spent the rest of his time in Seattle inside of there lovely jail. He eventually was released almost a year later but that year itself was in any means, a small amount of time compared to what he was facing. So to conclude this answer with some helpful advice; do not try to sell fake dope and don't sell to privileged youngsters. They may be puny looking and they may not be street smart; but they may have connections of a different kind, the kind that wears a black robe and carries a gavel. And comes home each day and listens to his spoiled kid complain about the idiot who sold him soap and how now the kid needs more money to get more.
