Should my stomach hurt real bad after taking colon cleanse powder?

It's not that it is supposed to, but it can... especially if you don't have much fiber in your general diet. Basically, the huge increase of fiber and the added Senna are telling your body to start pushing everything out so you've got a lot more content going through your intestines than you are normally used to. Yes, it can hurt when you've got a lot of stuff (especially if there are bigger chunks or anything like that), but it should stop hurting once the bulk of that stuff gets out. If it doesn't feel better in 24 hours, see a doctor... until then, stay near the bathroom just in case. It's normal to be uncomfortable when you have a big increase of fiber like those colon cleanses have and that normally goes away mostly if not completely once the bulk of that stuff has been flushed. Good luck and I hope I helped!

[edit]: Holy crap, yeah, that was WAY too much Senna for a first dose. If the container recommended that much, that's just wholly irresponsible of the manufacturer to suggest that... 12 grams of Senna in the first day is an insane amount for anyone who doesn't have much fiber in their diet beforehand.
The pain should pass, but my recommendations are still the same above... I would also stick with 1 dose when you decide to take another (if you do after this experience), but you might want to wait for a day or more after the pain stops so you don't aggravate the problem.

How do I clean my stomach after unhealthy eating?

While it is considered fringe, I like to fast for 2 or 3 days. This will literally clean out your system, and it is my cure for diarrhea.I’m sure that people would occasionally go for a few days without food in the cave-man days, so we are built to handle a little hunger. Fasting is hard at first, but I now find a 3 or 4 day fast pleasurable (I do drink lots of water with electrolytes during a fast). Your energy will go down and you will probably sleep more, but you gain a lot of time because you spend less time making meals and cleaning up. At the end of a fast I crave “good” healthy food instead of junk food.

Can you use hand sanitizer to clean your piercing?

Absolutley not!!! Don't use any alcohol or peroxide based products on any kind of piercing! Use warm sea salt water and H2Ocean for your septum. Alcohol/peroxide will irritate the hell out of it and increase the risk of infection

Slim body but bulging tummy ?

I am lean , and slim guy.. My worry is my tummy is getting bigger day by day. I walk a lot every day. I am not obesse at all. When I consulted a doctor , for diarhea and stomach upset - he told me it is due to gastro intestine infection and same is the cause for bulging tummy . He asked me to stop eating fat food like meat ,milk products, coffee, spicy food for sometime. I had some tablets for 2 weeks and followed the advice of doctor on food. Now diarhea and stomach upset is in control. but I am afraid that my tummy is still bulging. Any idea why this is happening ?

Whats the best soap to clean your belly button piercing?

I don't know how your piercer became 'qualified' to pierce people but no soap is good for any piercing. A professional should know that soap, Betadine, alcohol, hydrogen peroxide, antibacterial agents, ointments and creams shouldn't go anywhere NEAR a healing piercing. These products are largely cytotoxic, causing permanent damage to the cells inside of the piercing, increasing the build up of scar tissue, and increasing the chances of rejection and migration. While soap may appear to work, it doesn't, and the damage won't be visible straight away. It also wipes out all bacteria, while you need 'good' bacteria to properly heal the piercing. Soaps etc. may be good for cleaning your hands but they are extremely bad for healing piercings.

You need to consider that a piercing is like a splinter, in that your body will try to push it out if it registers it as a foreign object. This is why professionals reccomend using saline solution made up of 1/3tsp sea salt and 1 cup boiled and cooled water. It flushes out any gunk, wards off bad bacteria while keeping the good stuff, soothes and promotes healthy healing. It also minimises scar tissue.
