My Wife Is An American Citizen How Can She Apply For Me

I was born in Mexico and married an American citizen, can my wife apply for dual citizenship?

Yes, but she has to live there two years. Here are the prerequisites and process from the Mexican SRE.She can get entry to Mexico immediately using the Visa for family unity document and she’ll be in FMM status for 30 days, during which she can apply in Mexico for permanent residence and a work permit so she can live and work the two years she needs to do so to be a Mexican Citizen.Once she’s a Mexican citizen, she’s automatically a dual citizen.

My wife is Filipino and married me, a U.S. citizen. She has applied for her green card. Can she get health insurance in a pending status?

Yes, there are options available. With this situation, we would recommend purchasing a short term policy (International Major Medical) until she is eligible for either an Affordable Care Act (Obamacare) plan or until you are able to add her to your employers insurance. I have included a link to this plan for your review.International Major Medical: The International Major Medical Plan

I am a u.s. citizen(born in U.S.), my wife is a jordanian citizen with palestinian ID card. my 3 month old?

This is actually not very difficult problem to solve if what you are saying is that if u and the kid travel separately, he wont have to get the Palestinian id card.

the solution:
- your wife goes alone and crosses the bridge
- you wait a day in amman and then cross with your kid

when coming home:
- your wife crosses alone again
- you wait a day and then go to amman

on another note, 3 month old babys are so young and that allenby crossing is tiring and stressful, perhaps wait till the kid is a year old.

edit: well i only suggested you travel alone because u said:

"I heard that if he enters with his mother alone through allenby bridge, that he will be required to get a palestinian ID"

i haven't heard this, the allenby bridge is run by the israelis, you will enter on a US passport, you and ur son will get a 3 month tourist visa, the Palestinians, will just stop the bus in jericho and look at all the passports, u dont even have to get off the bus.

i think if u all go together u will be fine, the palestinians cross from a different point on the jordanian side, so you and your son will have to go separately for part of the journey anyway.

you will meet on the israeli side and they your wife will pass quickly with her Palestinian ID, you will be waiting an hour or so minimum because you and your son will go through the tourist visa process.

your wife can wait for you at the baggage collection point.

Marrying an American woman (citizenship question)?

also additional question. incase our plan change and we are going to get married in US. am I allowed to marry her? I mean I only got Tourist visa at that time. if we get married in my country tho it is allowed for her to marry a citizen from my country with just having a tourist visa

How can a U.S. citizen divorce his Filipino wife if they were married in the Philippines?

There is actually a trick to divorce legally in the Philippines. Convert to Islam. Filipino Muslims, due to freedom of religion and sensitivity to cultural diversity, are allowed to divorce.

Do I automatically get US citizenship when I marry a US citizen?

Funny you should ask! I'm going through that right now. Although I am the American wife.
Your future wife needs to apply NOW for your own convenience at the closest embassy or consulate.
Otherwise you need OFFICIAL english translations of all documents. (a big pain)
First she applies FOR you. If you pass the first screening you are invited in to apply for the visa. (she was just applying to see IF you could).
The consulate will walk you through everything. If you call they will give a site to download all the US forms you need.
After you apply you have to wait for the final visa, although at this time you may receive a K-3 permit. This will allow you to enter and work in America.
After you pass "the Adam Walsh Child Protection act" you get your permanent green card.
After three years you can apply to be a citizen. but there is an exam. And you better study some first. What you need to know is ALSO something INS can help you with.
so get going! and I'll see you at the ballapark!

If I get food stamp will it affect my wifes immigration application?

You are not considered a public charge by receiving Food Stamps (renamed to SNAP a few years ago)- you can access food stamp rules as they apply to non-citizen's via the USDA website here:

http://www.fns.usda.gov/snap/government/pdf/Non-Citizen_Guidance_063011.pdf

This document states the following:

Public charge. There is a perception that participating in SNAP could affect immigration
status or hurt a non-citizen’s chances of becoming an American citizen, but this is not true.
It is important for non-citizens to know they will not be deported, denied entry to the
country, or denied permanent status because they apply for or receive SNAP benefits.

Also, your application for food stamps will take into account any income that your household has, allowable deductions, but will only certify you and your child. If you need any other information, just message me
