You need to understand that there a lot of ISP in Delhi, but only a handful with a little customer support. If you are looking for just something that does not cost you much, I am sure you will come across a lot of stickers being pasted on walls, poles, rikshaws and what not, that too providing very attractive packages. I confess I never used such a service provider.I am sure you must have heard a lot good, bad ugly about MTNL, and I tell you that what all you have heard about it is true. MTNL is one such service provider wherein if you have it working you  might not face any issues even for months and it might fail any other package by any other service provider. However, the catch is that it might not be working when you need it the most at an awkward hour and whats more painful is you have no one to report to(that would help), you would be left stranded with your hands on head and just the hope it might started working any time soon, which is never certain. Airtel, is another name in the market that can also be considered, but 1) it comparatively costlier than any other. 2) The installation is not yet available throughout Delhi, so you will have to get your location confirmed if there are any Airtel Broadband services or not. 3) Just like every other person, including me who use their phone data card for Airtel, as in college life they used to say,"mehanga hai but badiya hai", no its not true, its costly, but nothing worth it. More so, the airtel data pack on phone is also getting worse every passing day.Hathway, one I am using since sometime now is one I can suggest you for its reasonable rates, varied packages, customer service which actually responds and also you can find their top management email address and contact details for  if you ever need to go Higher Management. Like any other service provider, Hathway also gave trouble sometimes, but I was always heard and the needful was done. Once I had issues not taken care off by Hathway, I mailed their nodal officer and other team, not just the concern has been taken care off but also followup on the concern being actually solved or not is done till you are happy with the services on offer. Though I do not have much options to compare with, but still hope the info helps. :)

If You're Looking for Broadband connection. I would Suggest Nextra Broadband Services. Its cheap and gives good service. Although they wont supply you with a Landline along with the Broadband. And talking about the rates.i have a plan of 1299rs for 40 GB. and if you end your data before the Month end. Recharge your account with 200 rs and you can call cust.care and activate 20GB for the same.Although it is not available all over delhi.Besides this AIRTEL is good in service but you cannot compare both in case of Pricing.on the other hand. for a wireless dongle. i will suggest TATA PHOTON anyday.Hope it helped.
