Need Examples Of System Blame Approach. Envrionment

What are some examples of Environmental Factors that affect the planet?

The sun, the giant fusion explosion in the sky is the sole provider of heat on this planet and science has yet to prove any other significant factor. The sun when it's active warms above the current mean, and cosmic rays produce more clouds when the sun is quiet and the magnetic field weakens. Politics, not science has been attempting to blame humans for modern climate variation, and is failing to come up with either an unprecedented rate of modern warming, or unprecedented modern temperatures to validate the notion that CO2 emissions from human activity are the primary driver of recent temperature variation. Natural warming since the Little Ice Age requires no human intervention to explain both modern warming, and recent CO2 variation from 280 - 410 ppm. None dispute the world has been warming, none dispute the lagged response to oceanic warming and CO2 outgassing.

The advantages and disadvantages of this approach are listed below:Advantages:1. It increases organisation’s adaptability to environmental changes. The organisation is studied as a whole and not through its parts. This enables it to adapt to the needs of the environment. Uniformity in decision making such that no specific domain gets preferential treatment4. Adpative and Dynamic5. Focuses on multiple dimensions of management.Disadvantages:1. May not be always practical and lead to delays in decision making.2. Nature of inter-dependence is not defined.3. Classification of the inter relationships has to be done properly otherwise it could be counter productive.4. Does not cater to contingencies or particular style of functioning in the organisation.5. May not be applicable to smaller organisations. The theory assumes that most of the organisations are big, complex and open systems.

Can one person make a difference to improve a toxic workplace environment?

Thanks for request. It is very difficult to make a difference to improve toxic workplace environment. I had very bad experience in this respect in India where I worked as a Govt servant for 40 years till I retired in 2014, in an organized sector. The condition in unorganized sector may be still worse. Some of the conditions which constituted the toxic work environment in offices where I worked were as follows:Corruption and obstruction on the way to working as an honest person.Lack of interest in workers to do their best.Burden of work allotted to good and obedient officials causing overwork while some are without much work.Interference of workers’ unions on administrative matters. No incentive for good work.Work is not taken as a service to nation and not done with dedicationLack of cooperation between officials and bosses. Disobedience of bosses.Too much of bossing and ignoring suggestions of subordinates or giving importance to their opinion.Lack of disciplineDependence on manual work as against degitization.Lack of technical efficiency and qualified officials and officers.I realized that it was beyond my capacity to change the entire system and I decided to change the toxic environment by setting a perfect example of good work myself, without submitting to corruption and sacrificing self-respect. It was a difficult journey but I stuck to my policy of honest and good work without compromising on principles. Fortunately, my work was always appreciated by my superiors and colleagues. I never compromised on principles and I never submitted to any unjust demand from my bosses. This was obviously a difficult work, going against tide but it was only I got job satisfaction, There some others like me but it could be counted fingers.
