How can I improve my mental health all by myself?

Meditation - This is by far the best and easiest way to look inside and analyze yourself, dealing with problems, stressors and becoming more aware of your own mental health.Living healthy - Drinking more water, eating more greens and exercising regularly is one of the best starts to a healthy mind.Become positive - Positivity leads to optimism, healthy outlooks and less stress, which all increase your mental health!Avoid drugs - Alcohol, drugs and smoking all cause your mind to deteriorate and become less than what it could be.Change your routines - Break out of your normal comfort zones and try different things every day. Keep your mind engaged in new and unique ways every day!Stay around positive people - Emotions and feelings rub off, whether it be positivity or negativity. Remember that!Improve daily - Every day have something to be proud of and something that makes you feel like you are progressing in life!Laugh - Laughing is the best medicine. Enjoy yourself!Stop being less than you can be and reach your goals. Send me a message saying "Coaching" to work 1 to 1 with me. Lukas Schwekendiek

How can I solve the problems of blunt force trauma using mathematical formulas?

It would be very difficult for me to answer this question as I find it quite vague. However, since you want to approach it mathematically, I can tell you some of the general steps you’d want to take. You should first create mathematical models of the systems you’d want to “solve” on by abstracting out the non-essential details. This’ll give you a clearer mathematical vision of your domain. For example in your case, you should be asking questions such as how can I measure the injury — Area? Perceived Pain? Estimated Healing Time? Mode of injury, etc — and whether I can start classifying and simplifying this domain. Of course this measure, or classification doesn’t have to be in numbers, but essentially recognizing what pattern every unique system exhibits. Essentially, you should be able to represent every system by its corresponding pattern. Numbers happen to be great tools in representing perceived patterns, and thats why math is full of them. What comes next is the most important part — defining your problem using these mathematical models (or patterns) of your domain systems. Once you do that, you can start putting forth hypotheses and inferring conclusions. You can search for work that has been done on, or related to your patterns, essentially reducing your problems/subproblems to others that have been solved. You can talk to other people about your ideas and see whether they can offer any insights. It is here that you may be able to find, or even develop your own mathematical formulae to “solve” your “problem”, which I believe, is your end goal (according to the question). In the end though, if you can’t find a problem reduction, then you might have hit upon an open problem! In that case, welcome to the exciting field of research :)

Why does skin heal faster than bone?

The question! The answer to this is that skin cells do not require such a rigid cell membrane and therefore are less work for the body to make. This is a simplified version of the answer but if you're interested in looking deeper into it, you can visit the site below.
