Well I've never heard of your gun before but I'll try t help you. So first off, only thing that would cause the first problem would be a broken or damaged selector plate or your selector switch is just gummed up. Second problem doesn't seem that serious. On a common AEG that is just a pin that helps to hold the gearbox in place. You could always just glue it on if your not planning on taking your gun apart. Last problem sounds like a dead battery. You probably overcharged it multiple times and now it's shot. Doesn't matter how long you charge it, it will never work to it's full potential. Bottom line, get a new gun. From more research I've done, the gun you have just looks like an overpriced Sports Authority AEG. If you want I real airsoft gun for the same price, check out Evike or Airsoft Gi. Also I would suggest getting a smart charger for your battery if you get a new one. Hope this helps.
Why wont my airsoft gun load? help!?
hmmm... my guess is the spring is shot inside your gun. You left the spring compressed for too long. But do the bb's fall out after or before you pull the trigger? If it is before you pull the trigger, there is something wrong with your bb catch inside your gun And, does your gun still fire? (dry fire) If it fires and sounds the same, then refer to the first question here. Get your gun to a licenced airsoft shop and they will fix it for a small fee.
Airsoft gun help?
Okay. For my birthday, I got an A-15 Full Auto Max BB Airsoft Guns. I know how to put the thing together and everything but to shoot, I have to have it upside down. Normally it is suppose to be normal and not upside down(Like every other gun). It is suppose to shoot 170 FPS but it only goes like 20 FPS. Is it because the battery isnt charged long enough, if so how long will it take. Do I need to do anything with the magazine? Can anyone help me? Why do parents hate airsoft? I Need Help !!!!?
First, verify that you can actually use airsoft guns for a Science Fair Project. In my area anything gun or weapons related would likely be prohibited or require special dispensation. Many schools systems take the stands of the most restrictive parents to avoid law suits. If your parents don't like them, chances are there are others in the area as well. The best you can is present the details, benefits, and safety aspects of the sport to your parents. Additionally, you should explain the details of your proposed science fair project. Worse case, you will be like I was and had to grow up and move out before I had anything gun-like because my mom was anti-gun. And don't lie. Of course you want a real gun. Every boy your age wants a real gun, especially if they are interested in airsoft.

You need to get a new adapter either a large to small or small to large depending on what is going on with the connection.

So yeah its Christmas morning and I received from my parents a brand new Foreign Legions AEG Famas Airsoft rifle. Its like 450 FPS and it comes with one metal high-capacity magazine thats holds like 300 BB's. I also got .12g 6mm extra BB's for ammo. I charged it for like an hour because I wanted to use it so bad and obviously it died, but while it was running nothing shot out of the chamber. I loaded and wound the mag, ALOT but still nothing...I charged it the next day fully for six hours and the following day, today Dec. 27th, 2010 I finally used it for the 2nd time. The battery was sitting on my dresser the day before I used it, charged but unplugged because I have the usual cheap wall charger that can overheat the battery so I had to remove it...I fired like 10 BB's fine while the gun was right side up but then soon, I tried shooting again and then the same problem occurred, no BB's firing while the mag was loaded, inside the gun. I fired it the gun upside down, and all the time, it fires great while upside down. Sometimes a BB gets caught inside the High-Cap mag making the wind-up wheel useless, so i remove it and the ZZZZZ! of the wind-up noise sounds when the jammed BB is out. I load the mag again like half way, wind it making sure the BB's are coming up the circle hole to the left of the loading chamber on the mag and put it in the gun. STILL NOTHING!!!! It shoots fine upside down though....AHHH! Now I pretty think its the magazine thats making this problem occur because now BB's keep on getting jammed, I continue to wind and wind forever, but there is no change in feel of tension and no BB's come up to the top of the circle hole when they are ejected...This is my first airsoft gun, im 12 by the way :D, and I just need help please, I'm so interested in Airsoft and want to play, but I know nothing! :( Lol, please help me fix this problem, I want to shoot my gun right side up for once!
What do you need to know before customizing your own airsoft guns?
How do you disassemble your gun, and more importantly how do you put the damn gun back together without degradation of functionality. A lot of people need gunsmith help to re-assemble their gun after they break down their gun and has no clue to reassemble them. A fool-proof way is to watch Youtube videos as the internet is full of airsoft enthusiast to tell you how to fix stuff that would otherwise cost a few bucks to repair/open, but you will be SOL if your gun is very uncommon (thankfully though they are rarely a thing because Ver 2/3 gearboxes are running everywhere).What kind of gearbox/parts your gun is using, and what can fit into them and what doesn’t. Say a CYMA M14 which uses the Version 7 gearbox of Marui, which itself is pretty rare. You cannot put things that are labelled Ver 2/3 compatible obviously, so you will have to find parts that can fit into your M14. This is especially cumbersome if your gun isn’t common or is confusingly similar with others such as the various VSR-10s and their lookalikes made by different China brands. Most of the guns have guidelines and results shared by other players, but if your gun isn’t well-known or not used by many people then you are again SOL and might have to resort to trial-and-error, which you’d better off just find a gunsmith if you are unsure.What do you actually want when you are trying to customise your gun. You want range such that it can hit more people from afar, you want more accuracy to hit accurately, or you actually just want to fit into your local power range to participate in an airsoft game? You will need to research what kind of parts will fit your goals after you’ve confirmed what parts can fit into your gun.Don’t be afraid to ask if you have no idea or you ran into trouble you can’t solve even if you google’d your answer to no avail.Have somebody that at least know how a gun works and operates them before to assist in your modification.
