Is palpatine/emperor the same actor in all 6 starwars episodes?

No. The actor is Ian McDiarmid, but he only appeared in 4 or 5 episodes of the Star Wars saga (depending on certain point of view).

1. Palpatine did not appear in Episode IV: A New Hope. The emperor is only mentioned in that movie.

2. In the original The Empire Strikes Back (1980) the voice was done by Clive Revil and the shot was done with a unnamed old actress with overimpossed chimpanzee eyes.

When George Lucas released the 2004 DVD for this Episode V, he had Ian McDiarmid replacing the voice actor and the actress.

Sebastian Shaw played Anakin / Vader in Episode VI: Return of the Jedi. Shaw is still the one shown as Anakin/Vader in the scene when Vader is unmasked, but as they did with Clive Revil / Ian McDiarmid, Sebastian shaw image as Anakin's Ghost was replaced with Hayden Christensen when the new DVD release.

The movie "Rock Star", final scene, where Chris Cole (Mark Wahlberg) is singing in a club.?

Jennifer Anniston walks into the club, and Mark Wahlberg is singing a song. Does anyone know what the name of the song and is it Mark Wahlberg singing and is it on the soundtrack ? Did he do his own singing in the movie ?

How are the movies El Mariachi and Desperado connected?

They're both by the same director Robert Rodriguez (Planet Terror, Sin City), and Desperado (1995) is a sequel to El Mariachi (1992), in Rodriguez's "Mexican Trilogy" (the third being Once Upon a Time in Mexico, again wtih Antonio Banderas). It's basically the same character, but not played by the same actor.

El Mariachi was done with a very limited budget, but gained enough attention that american producers bought the distributions rights in the US and gave Rodriguez a much bigger budget to make the following movies.

You don't NEED to see El Mariachi. Desperado was done so it's easy enough to understand on its own. But it's interesting to see El Mariachi, then Desperado, then Once Upon a Time in Mexico, just to get Rodriguez's whole vision.
