No Sunshine All The Lights On Dash Work When Cranking Just No Showing A Check Engine Light That

How to get the sevice engine soon light to go off my lincoln contental?

take it to your local auto parts store and they'll hook up their OBDII computer for free and they'll erase the code that's causing the light. If there actually is a problem though or a sensor just thinks there is one, it'll just come back on eventually.

What does it mean when ALL of my dashboard lights come on after driving on the highway?

I have a 2001 Camry LE, recently my radiator cracked and we had to do an emergency quick fix with JB Weld. Long story short the JB didn't hold, so we've been pounding the coolant to it so the radiator didn't run dry. I just drove my car about 30 miles on the highway with no problems. No overheating as far as I could tell, the temperature gauge stayed right in the middle the whole ride. As soon as I pulled into my parking spot, I stopped, tried pulling up a little bit more, and I didn't feel any power. I looked down at my dash and all of my important lights are on.... Check engine, check oil, battery meter, etc. :( I hope my car isn't ruined or anything, ANY feedback would be greatly appreciated!! I need to find out what's wrong so I can get back home tonight! Thanks a lot!

Why would the cruise control stop working in a 1998 Chevrolet Blazer?

Change the fuel pump? yea thats why your cruise control don't work..lmao oh and your tires are low thats why..? yeaa ooook i have a 88 s-10 blazer, I've owned s series since I were a kid, and they have been really good trucks. I believe the thing your talking about , if its on the side of the dash is the switch that turns the dome lights on when u open the door, next time u open the door push that button and see if the light goes off, that has nothing to do with the cruise, nor does taking the panels off, you may have a vacuum leak since the cruise is operated by vacuum. Most common problem that I have seen is either split or disconnected vacuum hose, or mis-adjusted brake switch (at the pedal) or clutch switch (if manual tranny). Sometimes it is simply that the brake or clutch pedal is not fully returning - try lifting up on the pedal with your foot while driving and see if you can engage the cruise. In addition to the vacuum switch, check for operation of the brake light switch. I seem to remember that the vacuum switch will disengage the cruise simply by releasing the vacuum from the unit, but the brake light switch must activate in order to release the control unit signal. If you are just tapping the brake lightly to disengage the cruise (as I often do), but not activating the brake light switch, then it may simply re-engage as soon as vacuum is applied again. Hope this helps you out. Oh and joe the next time you spell GOD, you capitalize it , this is America!!!

F150 brake lights stay on when the truck is turned off? And the ABS light is on when the truck is started?

The brake lights are controlled by a switch on the brake petal and are supposed to work with the ignition off. If the switch is bad, or improperly adjusted, it could cause them to stay on all the time. The ABS light is supposed to come on when you start the truck, along with all the other lights on the dash. If it stays on after starting, you need to have the braked checked.

Why do some motorcyclists run from the cops? If you run, most of the time wouldn't the police get your plates already?

I've been a resident of south Florida since ‘07 and I currently ride a 2006 Kawasaki ZX-10R Ninja; the recorded top speed without any modification is 200 mph/321 kph. I've ridden with kids as young as 17 and adults in their late 60s from a variety of professional services and careers.People run for various reasons. I believe the excessive/reckless speeding here brings a $1000 fine and loss of your license for a year and the bike can be impounded, both at the officer's discretion. So my acquaintance who's a motorcycle cop, he can't do his job if his license is suspended. The same applies to anyone that drives for a living. One of the local hospitals sends employees home for a suspended license, not permitting a return to work until the license is reinstated; so some run. Squids run because they are newbies and think their bike can outrun everything. Some run because they can't afford to be caught, whether it’s getting the bike out of impound; the bike is stolen, or the license is suspended. When I lived in Texas a number of my fellow riders raced professionally part time; they ran for the sheer entertainment and because they had the skill to run.As far as the license plates go, if you look on Instagram and YouTube you'd be amazed how many people ride without a plate or without legit plates, like the Run This plate. I used to know a local guy that not only had multiple plates, he had multiple sets of fairings. If police came looking for a purple bike they saw doing wheelies on the interstate, all they would find in his garage is a green bike. The white bike clocked at 140 on the surface streets? “As you see, Officers, my bike is purple and blue.”These are from video of today's ride. Good luck running the plate.
