Not Losing Any Weight Help

I m not losing any weight help!!!?

I m 20 and weigh 170 I am also hypothyroid. I m on the chiro thin diet which is when you eat only 500 calories a day and are supposed to lose 1-2 pounds a day. I ve been on it for 2 weeks now and have only lost 4 pounds. I m so frustrated. I cheat a little bit with like salad dressing and ketchup but I m still eating under 800. I hate this, I m putting myself through this and barley anything is happening!!

Not losing weight??? :(?

Well to be honest you weigh less then me, but I'm mostly built of muscles. Okay, do not cut carbohydrates from your diet, you need them to lose wight, this is what you need to do, when you make any meals you cut your plate size, a meat that is the size of the palm of your hand, one other half the grains you need like rice and bread, and the other half of the plate must have fruit and veggies, both mixed, the plate should not be more then 8-10 inches wide. Change you soda's and fruit jusices for water. And for the exercising part, you need to work out more then 30 minutes, that doesn't do anything, you must be sweating, do some cardio and workout both your arms and legs and don't forget abs. Try to protion your food. And one other thing, never EVER let your foods touch on your plate except fruit and veggies.

Im not losing any weight, why?

I have started this Diet (lifestyle change) in the middle of November at 140lbs, and now at 117lbs

NO PIZZA, I am in the pizza business, and it is not good for you, very high in FAT and Calories

NO FRIED FOOD...

Stay away from FAST FOOD

NO POP, SODA or FIZZY DRINKS

Walk your dog, or walk a friends dog

Don't think of it as a diet, but think of it as a lifestyle change

I have lost 28.5 pounds in 3 months, drink lots of water. I usually eat a meal of what ever I want once a week....controlled portion....this really works.........

Write down every thing you eat

Not losing weight from Bulimia?

I weighed 136 about a month ago, and in the matter of like 10 days I dropped to 124 due to bulimia, but my weight has seemed to linger around that number. why am I not losing any more? and how can I make this more effective? I do no binge! I simply throw up the little bit I do eat. So I know I am not absorbing calories before I throw up. I'm not interested in help or criticism. I don't think my case is as extreme or dangerous as people who binge three times or more a day.

Starving but not losing any weight?

Ive been starving myself for 2-3 weeks now. I eat around 500 calories a day. I am 5'0 and 130 pounds. I used to be like 134 pounds but it went down to 130. I wake up in the morning and im way skinnier and i weigh 127-128. I don't eat anything during the day and I barely exercise bc i fear i'll get hungry and start eating. During the day, i dont eat anything but i get fatter at the end of the day (i only have 1 meal a day)

I barely eat anything during the day (only dinner) and i get fatter at the end of the day. Why do i get fatter when i have barely eaten anything besides dinner? I do exercise sometimes (Bike riding) for only like 30 minutes though. Some days my face looks bigger and then the next day its much smaller. One day my stomach is really flat and then the next day its huge. Why does this happen? Why does my body change shape everyday? How do i fix this problem so i can lose weight faster?

Why am I not losing weight on 300 calories a day?

I know how you people think but you have fucked up royally here mate, absolutely royally.The body changes its metabolic rate according to how much it's consuming and how much it's burning. So if we say that the body wants its base metabolic rate at 2000 meaning if you sit completely still for 24 hours you will burn 2000 calories. The body needs more than this to grow, any less than that will burn through fat and muscle for a short time. However after a while your body will learn to live on such a small amount, it will adjust its bmr to 500kcal. Someone like me who eats a lot and runs 5 times a week but eats a lot might have a similar to average bmr. If I stopped running I would gain weight because my bmr would decrease and I would gain weight because I would be eating 400 calories or so in excess. Similarly if I stopped eating I would lose weight because my bmr would be the same but I would consume less. I would be 1800 calories in deficit.The body will store some energy if the body. Now, you my friend have been eating 300 calories for the last couple of days, I know it's been a few days because you're still alive. This means that you're body will get used to eating this ridiculously small amount and will have a bmr of 300. For this to work your body will go into lockdown mode. You will feel sick all of the time as well as knackered. When you start eating a regular amount again you will pile on weight. Your weight gain will be like a regular guy stuffing down a wedding cake and a half every day.

Why am I not losing any weight even though I work out 5-6 times a week 40+ minutes each time?
