Whats the deal with ISIS?
Well I read a few articles about ISIS and their recent bombings. Its terrible. But can someone explain to me what exactly they are? What about their reasons? Most things i search up just talk about the leaders and stuff.

A2A:For one, I think that you mean to ask “What would happen if ISIS decided and succeeded in collapsing the Eiffel Tower?” Because frankly, given the level of security around it as well as its robust, skeletal design, it would be extremely unlikely that they would succeed.But presuming that Islamic (or other) terrorists did destroy the Eiffel Tower?For one, it would be a very poor choice of target, and would do very little than just make a whole lot of people (in France and beyond) angry. Unlike the World Trade Centre or Pentagon (targets of 911), the Eiffel Tower has virtually no military, economic, or strategic importance. It’s a symbol at this point, an icon, and not much else. Nothing would really be disrupted.But people would see the attack as what it was - an act to destroy a symbol of a country (and perhaps, extension) a culture. Only the most fanatical supporters of the group would see it positively, so the attack would quite likely have the opposite effect.As others have stated, I suspect as well that it would provoke a quite severe, immediate retaliation from France. The French, despite being caricatured in the US as a bunch of “cheese eating surrender monkeys” (a joke stolen from “The Simpsons”), France maintains a quite large military capability, and they are not at all shy about using it.Long story short, it would be a huge mistake.

There are many unanswered questions about that day and the days leading up to it. Only a Fool would believe or trust the Governments official version. It's sad so many Americans are not capable of critical thinking on their own. Most just turn on the Propaganda machine called the Main Stream Media and are told what to think instead of thinking for themselves. And yes " Operation Northwoods " proves just how dangerous the government is.
Why do Americans refuse to let go of 9/11?
Three thousand of us were murdered that day. It was a complete sucker-punch for 99,9% of us. It frightened us. We couldn't know for sure how this could happen and therefore we had no idea how to prevent future attacks. So fear got the best of us, resulting in Homeland Security, tightening airport security to the point of insanity, TWO long expensive wars, torture in Gitmo, Abu Ghraib, and that stupid Patriot Act. We aren't used to being attacked on our own soil. This was an act of war, just like Pearl Harbor, except we didn't know who or where to retaliate. No front lines, no rules of engagement. Our country no longer feels as safe to us. We will never be the same carefree people we were. We lost almost as many soldiers in these 10-year wars as we did civilians on 9/11. Now that we took the teeth out of Al Qaeda, new terror groups have come to take its place. IIt seems un-winnable. Such a waste of life. So, no we are not over it! Plus watching Paris and all the other attacks around the globe makes us full of rage. These are our allies! Hey I know Islamic theocracies don't understand this, but we in the west have freedoms..,.of speech, art, journalism. That means we are free to say or depict anything. We even criticize our own leaders! We can protest. Something the citizens of Islamic theocracies will never understand. Because all these tragic attacks are done in the name of Allah,our country has, sadly learned to fear and even hate Muslims. Even fellow Islamic citizens scare us. No matter what we do, terrorism is here to stay. What better way to wage war--the cowards way! Attack and hide. Attack and hide.If any group hates America, and I know a few do, and wants to take us down, no problem. Take the masks off and be men about it and come out of the caves let's settle this. It looks like a united Islam could be a serious threat. That won't happen. Breaking into factions that can't get along, the inevitable in-fighting....well, they are committing genocide. Soon radical Muslims will all be dead. Without the US lifting a finger. That's when we will be able get past 9/11.
What should a flight crew do if hijackers kill passengers one-by-one to coerce the flight crew into letting the hijackers into the cockpit?
They should land the plane.First of all, the flight crew will contact Air Traffic Control and tell them what's going on, that there's an active hostage situation on-board the plane but the cockpit has not been breached. Air Traffic Control will direct them to a specific airport.Meanwhile, the Air Force will be notified and they will scramble several fighters jets to escort the plane. They have the unfortunate task of watching the airplane in trouble for signs that the cockpit has been breached (suddenly goes radio-silent, the pilots say as much over the radio, the plane deviates from its course with no explanation) and make the decision to shoot down the plane.At the same time, Air Traffic Control will clear the skies of other nearby planes and divert them to other airports or routes. Air Traffic Control will also clear the runways of the airport in question and alert local law enforcement to the situation. Firefighters, EMTs, police, and SWAT will assemble next to the runway.Best case scenario, the flight crew manages to get to the airport and land the plane. It turns into a standoff on the ground until SWAT is able to get the plane doors open and swarm the passenger compartment to take out the hijackers.Worst case scenario, the hijackers get into the cockpit and take control of the plane, and the Air Force jets shoot the plane down.No matter what, if the hijackers are serious about killing passengers if the flight crew doesn't give them control of the plane, people are going to die. It's a terrible situation for everyone involved.
