Obsessed Crazy Mood Swings Help

Lately I've been having crazy mood swings I can't control. Am I bipolar?

Moodiness in itself isn't necessarily indicative of bipolar disorder; even severe mood swings can be caused by or can accompany a wide variety of other issues. In general, the only high-quality diagnostic signal you can get is what a psychiatrist or psychologist tells you. Bipolar disorder is a serious disorder requiring medical care and very often prescriptions, so if you have it, you'll need a psychiatrist anyway.I'd recommend seeing a psychiatrist or psychologist as soon as you can. Until then, try to keep an accurate journal ofhow you feel in general each dayspecific concerning moods or thoughts in a given day (for example, you might write "Felt good in the morning, but had a bad fit of anger in the afternoon and then felt suicidal in evening")how much you're sleeping, eating, and engaging in other activitiesThis will help the professional you consult make a diagnosis. But again: mood swings in themselves are not necessarily indicative of bipolar disorder.

Why do people with OCD tend to have mood swings?

How do obsessions occur? Why do they become compulsive? Each action in our body on completion receives an acknowledgment from the performing organ through the neural network. Millions of such transactions occur. Each of our thoughts get converted into actions. If the acknowledgment is not received by the brain, it initiates the action again. Due to lack of neurotransmitters sometimes the actions do not pass a completion signal to the brain. The actions get performed several times and the brain continues to believe that the action was not performed. The brain gets into a repetitive loop.If this happens for multiple thoughts the brain function can become extremely confused and stressed.Won’t you feel irritated if you don’t receive acknowledgements of the things you do for others? That why they have mood swings.Obsessive behavior is released in the form of anxiety and mood swings in the physical form. Infact, its a physical indicator of mental disorder.Just incase you are interested to know the reasons this happens:OCD (more profound aftereffect depression) occurs due to lack of protein synthesis by the guts (stomach). The body needs amines, vitamins, amino acids to produce serotonin. This in turn increases the neurotransmitter levels.Serotonin re-uptake inhibitors (medication) can accelerate to reach required levels (at least a year) as the absorption is extremely slow naturally. After a year you can distinctly tell between the quality of thoughts before and after. Once you bring these levels to normal you would have gotten rid of both your OCD, anxiety and depression.Hope that helps.

Does your spouse's moods change like the wind?

most women's moods do

How do I handle a girlfriend with mood swings? She’s been acting crazy lately and I don't know how to act in front of her anymore. I feel like my patience is exhausted just to make her calm. It's like a cat baptism you know!

All women have those crazy days where they make no sense. We are angry. We are depressed for no reason at all. Trust me, we can't help. But it is not everyday. It usually stays for 3 days to a week in a month. Not more than that. Why does it happen? There is a sudden change in the levels of hormones. Your estrogen increases and progesterone decreases. Few symptoms are extreme mood swings, eating binge (I once had one and a half plate of boneless chicken biryani in a single go. I still get teased), sugar cravings (because of sudden drop in sugar levels), bloating. The symptoms may vary from person to person. How do you know?It usually happens in a pattern. Keep a track of her monthly cycle and check the days she acts completely unreasonable. You will find a pattern. It happens for a few girls before their periods, for a few during their periods, and for a few in the mid cycle while ovulating. Find out what her pattern is. Sometimes the crazy moody days decide to skip that month. Consider yourself lucky if that happens. :DWhat can you do?Have some patience, please! It is just for a few days, and trust me, she is going to realize that she has been completely unreasonable after she gets back to normal. Women don't do this on purpose. It just happens. So everytime she is moody, is it her hormones? No. Sometimes we are really pissed off and angry. It is not the hormones. It is the circumstances. As if the war inside us is not enough, we women have to struggle with the war outside too. Try to find out why she is upset. Sometimes, she really has a reason. What can you possibly do to help her?I heard chocolate helps. It triggers the feel good chemicals in the brain. But I don't know how helpful it is going to be. Other than that all you can do is endure the suffering. She will realize that she was unreasonable when she gets back to normal and is going to thank you for being there for her during that difficult time. Word of caution:I have a friend who is extremely moody and her boy friend had a tough time every single day!If your girlfriend is something like this, I would suggest you to get out of the relationship before it is too late. This kind of relationship is toxic. I don't believe in "I love her so much that I can go through all the suffering just for her". That is BS! That is what people say when they are delusional and call it love.

Name and describe one individual who is obsessed with power?

Name and describe one individual, from actual life or fiction, who is obsessed with power. What are (were or might be) the consequences of such ambition? Do you think that "absolute power corrupts absolultely?"

Ok i want the truth is seroquel for "crazy" people?

Seroquel is used for Bipolar, Schizophrenia (skitzo's is an offensive slang term that is a bad as calling someone a retard) and to calm an agitated person and as a sleep aid, and as a number of other things. You do NOT know what Bipolar is. I have Bipolar 1 w/ psychosis and no one that I have worked with for years even suspects I have it. We don't think our mood swings are justified.... we KNOW they are because we have a chemical imbalance in our brain..... how is that delusional? Yes we can be psychotic but not always and only about 5% of all those with Bipolar ever become psychotic. I have a good career, a family, own my own home...... yet you would classify me as "crazy as hell and delusional beyond debate". You are actually pretty ignorant when it comes to mental illness and are yourself delusional for thinking that you are educated. The real reason you are on Seroquel? You are crazy. You are delusional, agitated, uncooperative as crazy as hell. They are lying to you to get you to take it and once it starts to work you will understand...

**EDIT**

In past questions you have stated that you hear voices, think you are prophet from god, and questioned whether or not you are Schizophrenic..... I stand by my answer.. you are on Seroquel because you are psychotic.

My over thinking & mood swings are killing me in every moment, what should I do?

Dear One.  It appears  you’ve likely had a period of abuse of some kind…recognized or not.  You might go to this site and get a quick evaluation of your childhood on a standardized questionnaire about Adverse Childhood Experiences.ACEs Too HighBe sure to take the first part and then also get your resilience score on part 2. I am a 9/11 for example. If you have a score over 4 on the first part, it means you’ve been through a lot in your youth.  This would qualify you for some important support and help through a variety of means that you can accept and make use of.There is one resource world wide that most everyone can find.  It is the 12-step program.  Alcoholics Anonymous is the most famous of these. If you have some  attraction to drinking, that would be a good place to begin. You don’t have to be a drunk in a gutter to qualify to be in that room! I promise!  Just walk in and let them love you until you can begin to love yourself.  There are dozens of other 12-step groups.  I have found and been blessed by many.Currently I am finding a lot of help regarding relationships, self-esteem, boundaries, saying “no” when I need to at Codependents Anonymous.  The good news is that since you have a computer you can attend these meetings “on line” as well! The meetings are free in person, but most folks happily drop a buck or two into the passed basket to help defray meetings expenses.Beyond that, I’d encourage you to get some counseling and wise support.  No one should be struggling this hard to feel OK.  I finally surrendered to the need for mental health medication and only wish I had done it earlier in my life. It toned down the rough edges so I could more positively do my emotional work without being on such a wild roller coast ride of pain! You are worthy of help, support and love. I hope you will let something in today.God bless you!Linda

How do you deal with a girlfriend having OCD (obsessive-compulsive disorder)?

Read up! Because what I am going to say next might sound contradictory. While the simplest advice is to 'be supportive', do realize that it does not mean giving in to her whims. And that is not to satisfy some male upmanship stimulus. It is for her sake that I say don't give in to everything. One of the worst traits about OCD as you would probably know is that it worsens if left unattended. The more you give in, the more demanding it becomes. And beyond a point, it starts interfering with routine. Read up 'Brain Lock' by Dr Jeffrey Schwartz, if you already haven't. Read up 'Exposure and Response Prevention on the internet, if you already haven't.I don't presume to know more and be pedantic. I'm relating my personal experience in the hope that it helps you. All the best. And Christine Lloyd - doff hat to you!
