Most speed-type drugs have very similar effects. In my experience, meth is stronger, but shorter lived high compared to powder amphetamines. This is just a rough comparison, since the diversity of speed-like drugs I've done have shown me how inconsistent these drugs can be. Unless you have a very steady hookup, you'll find that different 'cuts' of these drugs can lead to very different highs.My rule of thumb with these drugs was usually that I needed three days to do them. 1-2 days of getting high and staying up, then at least a full day of recovery and sleep to get back to normal. With meth, this timeline could be scaled down a little since the drug appears to leave your system more quickly. One line of powder speed means a minimum of 15+ hours awake (for me), wheres with meth it might be more like 6-12 hours. I have taken speed three ways - snorting, smoking and swallowing. I never injected. The form of consumption has an impact on the high, especially in the short term. Smoking was the most effective at bringing a strong, fast high, though it would quickly diminish in intensity. As for the high itself, I think you can read plenty about this online. It increases your heart rate and makes you feel energetic, focused and happy. And talkative. VERY talkative. And it keeps you up for hours upon hours. And it makes you want to do more! You can't sleep, you have no appetite and you'll barely even think to drink water. All in all, it is a blast and by far my favorite 'high'. It also has the worst come down of any drug I have done, and can completely ravage your mind and body in the course of one weekend. You can feel normal again in a day or so, but if you use constantly that ravaged feel becomes a permanent state, and you start to resemble a caricature of a meth head. By that point, you are also likely very addicted.

Basically, when you use a android phone, you must be signed in to the phone using one of your google account. Google helps you backup and restore your contacts very easily just in few steps. Before, you might want to try restoring, I would suggest you to login to your gmail account on a PC and go to the "Contacts" Menu as shown in the figure below.You should find all your contacts in this window.Now go to your phone, follow the steps:1. Go to settings.2. Go to Accounts.3. Select Google.4. You should be able to see all your google accounts here. 5. Make sure you have the same account that holds your contacts is configured here.
