One Side Of My Butt Is Bigger Than The Other

I swear, one side of my butt is bigger than the other!?

We all are that way. Lefties have bigger left sides and right handed people have bigger right sides. We use these sides more than the other. causing more muscle, swelling and bone density on that side. If you want to try and even it out, try to work out a little longer on the smaller side than the bigger side. Your friend is probably right though. No one but you can tell the difference. :-)

One butt cheek is bigger than the other?

okay I know this I weird but my left butt cheek is bigger than my right one. I've been working my butt out for the past 2 weeks and I'm seeing results just only in my left cheek. it's not my dominant side either. will the right side eventually catch up or should I work my right side out more? is this normal?

How do I make my butt more even my right side is bigger than my left?

For starters, an easy solution would be to perhaps work out one side of the gluteus maximus… I would suggest mid weight seated leg press (around 100lbs if you are female and perhaps 150 if you are male) and applying more pressure to the plate with the leg with the imbalanced glute. After each month of working out I do a check to see if anything is imbalanced, and if it is, then I leg press 270lbs and apply pressure with both legs, but more with the affected side. Make sure that you do something similar for at least 4 days a week for a month, and when it evens out, apply even pressure. If you don’t have access to exercise equipment, then try squats with the same method.

One of my butt cheeks is bigger than the other?

one of my butt cheek is less toned and every time i do squats, hip lifts i feel more burn on one side than the other, even when i am doing hip lifts specifically on one butt cheek with my opposite leg in the air there is a burn in the more toned butt but when i switch over to the other it does not really burn and just burns more in my leg...crazy. seems as if i cant even tone the butt even if i wanted to.

any other exercises that will help me tone one butt cheek so they look symmetrical? :)
