You know what, you really can't go by that. You can pick a name that is not so popular now, but if that name comes out on a TV show when she is 15 you will be hearing it all over the place anyway. Vivienne is really pretty. If you name her Livienne and Vivienne does become a name you start to hear more often, people will be pronouncing Livienne incorrectly anyway since the two are very close. That might get frustrating. You could always do Lilyenne. Just a thought.
Opinions on the name Salem?
Salem has always been a bit of a guilty pleasure name for me. I think it's a very handsome name. I would never use it, just because of the association with the Salem Witch Trials, and the scarcity of the name.

I'm not keen on Ava because it's very popular and overused - I think Eva Madelynn would be really pretty though. So that they dont need to get into queues. [2]However later they'd to withdraw it because of strong condemnation from the opposition.On the tragedy of death of 290 kids in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh. The CM says things like “Kids do die in August” and “Parents think that the Government is responsible to look after their kids.”[3]I aspire to be a civil servant but serving kachori samosa to corrupt Netas would be the last thing I would want to do of my job. And all this happens when our country's PM wants to end VVIP racism.
