What happens if you don't cut off permed pieces when going natural?
I haven't had a perm since August of 2013 and I had my big chop in march of 2014 and it was hardly an inch long. What would happen if I didn't cut off my permed ends? My friend didn't and her hair is growing long and full.
Luck with loose perms?
I have relatively wavy hair, but I'd like it to be curlier. I'm a white guy with hair a bit past my ears at the longest. If I perm my hair, is there a way the stylist could make the curls looser? Is it ok for men to get perms? Can a perm look really good on a guy?
Any hair style which is maintained according to face cuts is an extra ordinary thing to carry on. Guys with perms look good. I can portray some casual examples. As per my choice I readily like permed texture of hair on guys. Look how it can be;One who’s a fan of Games of thrones he/she must be knew him. Look at the hair style he’s carrying. Perms with little long hair strength and it looks good on him. More over hair are major factor to your looks and personality so he has blinked with his astonishing looks with permed hair.Some more examples and looks thin people can carry. Look at his perms and way he styled them is much impressive. So, it entirely depends on how you maintain yourself and carry a style.Last as per small hair length cuts are even more attractive. It matters with the style and how you carry a style.
Have learner's permit in Illinois, moving to Florida in the summer, what to do?
Okay, I got my learner's permit this month in Illinois and can get a drivers license in January 2014. But, I will be moving this year to Florida. This summer to be more specific. Does this mean I have to retake the permit test in Florida, get a new learner's permit in Florida and wait even longer to get my drivers license? Or can I still use my permit from Illinois and get a drivers license in Florida in like April 2014?
If my H1-B visa expires in February 2015, and my permanent application will be filed in early September 2014, for how long would I have to leave the country?
Unfortunately, this is an impossible question to answer. The Application for Permanent Employment Certification is submitted to the Department of Labor, which has no option for premium processing. The adjudication timeline varies hugely, anywhere from 3-4 months to a year or more. If the case is audited or denied, you can expect further delays. I wish you good luck!
How do you perform the equivalent of CHMOD on a Windows server (which, by the way, can't run a CHMOD command)?
Yes, it's true that we can not give the permission to a file via CHMOD command if the server is Windows, however you can directly click on the file you want to change the permissions of (I assume there are some user groups already present on that server) and you can simply give the file whatever the combination of the permission that you want to give by right clicking on the file and by going into the properties of it and just click on which parts of the permissions you want to provide to the file and just apply or save it by clicking apply and OK.Let us consider you have a file name xyz.(extension) and you want to give this file a permission of 555 or 777 (read, write, execute), then simply right click on this xyz file and go to properties tab and just click or check the buttons on those square which permissions you want to give and apply it and save it as OK and you are done!Hope this helps!Nadeem…
Considering the recent layoffs, when will Microsoft be able to apply for PERM for its employees holding H-1B visas?
I'm not affiliated with Microsoft in any way so I won't be able to provide you an accurate answer. However, I do know that there have been companies who did not start the green card process for many of their current employees because of upcoming layoffs. And after the layoffs, they only sponsored a few employees. If you've been working for Microsoft for awhile and your max out date is approaching, you should ask your supervisor if they will start the PERM process for you. There have been employees who left their companies that sponsored their H-1B because they wouldn't sponsor them for a green card and went to work for companies that did.
