Seriously, have your never read the history of the Revolutionary War? the British Empire? the most vaunted military at the time? And we WON!Secondly, do you understand that today, the US military has a GRAND total of 1.3 million active duty personnel? And do you understand that only about 20% are combat troops.Now then, if only 5% of all gun owners showed up, that is an armed force of 3 to 5 million. And if surveys statistics are of any use, the number is more likely to be 7% to 10%. And a very large percentage of gun owners are military veterans, who still retain their military training.Also, some estimate, that about 60%? of the active duty military personnel, are conservative gun owners. What do you think their reaction to unconstitutional orders is going to be? (and I think a similar number of LEOs, and perhaps slightly small percentage of Federal agents, are the same) You see, the members of our military, and LEAs are not sheeple, as they are in other countries. True, there are some, but I think it would take some truly extraordinary and incredible circumstance, for our military and LEAs to walk in lock step, as past militaries have done in other countries.Also, you really study current events, especially those in Iraq and Afghanistan.You should also study the history of the Vietnam war. As mentioned in other answers, it is highly unlikely that the Citizens of America would not fight an asymmetrical war.
