The Office Season 7 predictions?
My predictions: Yes, Michael and Holly will get back together. Remember Jo Bennett saying something about getting Holly to come back? Michael will leave Dunder Mifflin with Holly and they will start a new life together. Andy and Erin will most likely continue to be awkward because Andy doesn't know how to just be himself. Ryan and Dwight will not get revenge on Jim because too many people like Jim. The Office will be worse without Michael. He is the show. Other predicitions: If the show continues, Darryl will be promoted to Michael's spot. Dwight will quit because and he and Michael are tied at the hip. Jim and Pam will quit to raise their child and both will look for jobs they actually like. Kevin, Angela, Phyllis, Ryan, and Kelly stay.
What is your academy awards prediction for this year?
A Star Is Born will rack up major nominations. It checks several Oscar bait boxes by being a movie about the entertainment industry with a tortured artist and starring perennial nominee Bradley Cooper, who was also the director.The Favourite will have at least three nominations; best actress for Olivia Colman, supporting actress for Emma Stone or Rachel Weisz, and directing for Yorgos Lanthimos, and possibly more.Incredibles II will get a best animated feature nod.Black Panther will probably get a few nominations in the Academy’s desperate attempts to be relevant to the mainstream. Not that Black Panther isn’t good, but it’s really not up the Academy’s usual alley.And I have my fingers crossed that Natalie Portman will get a Best Supporting Actress nomination for Vox Lux, but that’s just because I’m a Natalie Portman fan.

Why do people want to try to predict who will win at the Oscars? Is it interesting to see whether your predictions turn out right or wrong?
I certainly find Oscar prediction to be extremely interesting, or I wouldn’t have devoted nearly so much time to it over the past eight years! I love the excitement that comes with building a model and then waiting for each envelope to be opened to find out which ones my model’s favorites won. And I sincerely hope that those who read my annual articles share that sense of excitement.
