How long does it take pacsun to deliver?
I ordered a ring & shirt from pacsun.com on july 15, 2011 (today is 7/23/11) and i paid for the standard shipping that takes 6-8 days. Today is day 8 and i still have not recieved my items and i'm just wondering if anyone has bought anything from pacsun & can you tell me how long it took for it to be shipped to your house? Also when i looked at my order status it says shipped. Thanks!

I tracked the order and it says that it is ready for shipment and should be here at the end of today. Except it's already 6:25pm and dark outside. How late do they deliver? Will I even get my package tonight?

If you mail a letter on Saturday, will it be delivered that day?
It may (in fact should) be delivered locally on Saturday if you drop it before the last Friday pickup, which may or may not be after 5 PM. The boxes outside major post offices may have last collection just before midnight. If you drop it after the last Friday pickup, it may or may not get collected on Saturday, but certainly won't be delivered on Saturday. Of it's not picked up on Saturday, it will almost certain sit until Monday, which means it can't be delivered until Tuesday.
What is the difference between one day priority and express mail?
I am currently a Sales Svc Assoc for the USPS. There is no such thing as one day Priority. There used to be - if it were “local” within same service area - the attempt would be made to have it there the next day. However, much of the distribution has been centralized so I am NOT allowed to use the words “one day priority”. It is a 2 to 3 day service that is NOT guaranteed. It goes by truck somewhat locally; plane if it is further away. Service includes $50 insurance against loss or damage, postage starts at $6.70.Priority Express (used to be called just Express and we never called it Overnight - that’s FedEx's label) is a guaranteed service. In MOST cases it is next day, but not all! Some areas are 2 day guarantee. Three if weather is causing problems or it’s around Christmas. In larger, metropolitan areas, for an extra fee, you can get the guarantee for earlier in the day (10am vs. noon or 3pm) and/or Sunday delivery. The closer the destination can actually cause a delay because it goes on an airplane. Priority Express starts at $24.70 (flat rate envelope), includes $100 insurance against loss/damage, and you can add a signature at no extra cost. You can receive a refund in postage if we fail to get it there when we say we will. IF it requires a signature and no one is available to sign, we scan it “attempted” and as long as it was attempted before the guarantee time, you will NOT receive a refund.
