No, there's almost no romance at all. One of the girls has an innocent crush on him, and one of his classmates gets closer to him as she helps him out with the girls, but I wouldn't call either relationship "romance." As you've already seen, the series is really all about how Yuuta and the girls live after he takes them in.

Most animes that become really popular are english dubbed, usually by funimation 2-1year later after the japanese airing, i will tell you one thing, Usagi Drop, Papa No Iukoto Wo kikinasai, and Mirai Nikki will most likely be the ones to be dubbed. For 3 reasons Mirai Nikki is licinesed by Funimation Listen To Me Girls Is Licinesed by Sentai Film Works Usagi Drop already has an English manga adaptation i forgot which company tho. Another Maybe its licinsed by sentai film works I currently do not know Zetman nor kill me baby they werent my kind of taste to look upon but i have watched both series. Funimation and sentai film works usually does the english dubbing not on TV i think, only on Paid channels.
