People Who Reject Convenience Foods And Emphasize Quality Covering All Stages From Shopping

In your opinions, Is this horse worth the price (friesian cross)? BQ?

Here is the horse: http://www.equine.com/horses-for-sale/horse-ad-2330161.html
Just a bit curious. It seems a bit high, but then again he is part friesian, seems experienced, and looks good and well mannered.

BQ: What are things I need to look out for (cons) when searching for a friesian cross? What are some pros I should look for?

Japanese Internment Camp Research help, please??

Hello, I may need alittle help on a research project on Japanese Internment Camps. I just need some good research sites where I can find some good info on this topic that is easy to read. Unfortunately, I also have to make a bibliography for the websites I researched at. It has to contain:

Name of website. Editor/Author. Date edited. Name of Organization. Date of access. Web address.

I would really appreciate your help. Because I really don't know why the hell my ENGLISH II teacher has to give us a project like this that involves difficult research...

So remember, I need some good websites on research on Japanese Interment Camps that contained the information for the bibliography example I showed above.

*If it doesn't have anything unimportant on it like, Date of access or Editor/Author, its ok ^_^

THANKS:)

What's the secret to a successful coffee shop?

I've been in the coffee industry since I was 17 for over 26 years I've worked at many of the best companies: Peets, Coffee Hana Hou, Starbucks, Seattle's Best Coffee, Aloha Island Coffee Company, Coffee Connection, Java Java Inc., and a few others...The 2 main reasons I've noticed Coffee shops have thrived versus others that have failed, have really been:1: Customer service: That talented Barista that provides the first element of a cafe experience from start to finish. In almost any review or feedback of a coffee shop, cafe, or coffee house, it will always mention a customers interaction while visiting a specific cafe.      Some will argue that location is key, I disagree. The power of word of mouth is powerful, and when someone is sharing about a cafe in which they describe the whole experience [that would be the customer service they're talking about!], then you've created the perfect go to atmosphere for someone to enjoy a great cup of Joe!2: Consistency: Regardless of your specialty roasts and coffee [Yes, good coffee is important!], however, a customer who is passionate about coffee, likes to have their coffee the same every time they order it. I've seen loyal customers move on to other cafes because of the lack of consistency. This is caused mainly because, some owners felt the need to change up recipes or roasts, or provide other specialty beverages, finding out that this does not always work out.One of my favorite memories is when I launched the new flag ship store in Honolulu for Seattle's Best Coffee, and it was found out that Starbucks was going to be located inside the new Safeway store. My team of baristas gave the best Aloha experience to our coffee drinkers and we always had fun at work. I started noticing that the Safeway managers would hangout every morning for their cup of Kona Coffee, and so would the Starbucks employees. [Keep in mind, Starbucks bought the Seattle Best Coffee Domestic Corporate stores - but not the Seattle's Best Coffee International LLC's franchise - that belonged to another corporate umbrella - whom our Hawaii company was licensed.]One day, the Corporate Safeway Regionals came to sit in our cafe, and finally, I had to ask, "You have Starbucks in your store, what brings you to hang out here all the time..."He simply said, "The customer service, we want to learn from you and your staff..."I replied, "It's just our Aloha Spirit." :]

Tips on becoming a great writer?

I love to write, I am currently a college student trying to decide between being a journalist or a lawyer. I eventually want to be a full time fiction writer. Any advice?
