yes! playing basketball would really help u loose ur weight, coz i was fat before and i play basketball for like 2-3 hours and within 1 year i became fit and back to my normal weight...............................but... remember that u should sweat when you play basketball like by playing with ur friends, and moving a lot coz if not like ur just shooting and not really moving that much it would really take u a very long time to lose weight or even not lose weight at all !!!!!!!!!.............

because according to studies any exercise that makes u sweat, since sweating burns fat it helps u lose weight and be fit!.........

so remember to sweat when u play basketball so that it would not waste ur time playing without a benefit.......playing a game with people or with ur friends is the best way to sweat a lot coz it forced u to move a lot and fast, that's what i did that helped me lose a lot of weight

i've always been over weight and im serious im not like one of those people who thinks they're fat when they aren't i hate my body i cry and i cry i need someone anyone to maybe give me like a diet idea that they used and helped them lose a lot of weight im 12 and i weigh a lot i really dont want to say though anyways i feel horrible and i just need help please please im desperate
