Pls Suggest Any Question Bank For Ssc Junior Engineer Exam Civil Engineering Part 2 Conventional

Is a calculator allowed in the conventional paper examination of the SSC JE?

SSC JE Paper I does not allow the use of calculators. However for SSC JE Paper II(conventional paper) you are allowed to bring your own calculators, slide rule and log tables as mentioned. But be aware that you are supposed to bring only NON PROGRAMMABLE CALCULATORS…like FX-100MS or FX-991MS.NOTE:- According to the casio site it is mentioned that both FX-991MS and FX-991ES fall into the same category as non-programmable ones. But I would say that FX-991ES is semi-programmable. So its better to go with FX-991MS to be on the safer side.FX-100MS is also perfectly fine but I would recommend FX-991MS as it provides you a lot of options when compared to the former. All the best for your exam :)

For general studies part, study from arihant or Luccent general knowledge books,Luccent is more preferable than arihant as Luccent is more object oriented than arihant ..u can also try some video lectures from unacademy for poilty and history as the lectures on these topics is highly object oriented and not even a single line in those lecture is so called rubbish..Reasoning part=reasoning part of ssc je is the most scoring and easy portion in the whole paper..with few basic logics you can easily solve more than 40 question in a very little span of time..try to solve as much as question as u can to make your score card better and better..u can follow arihant for reasoning portion ..it provide you complete approach to solve all 50 questions in the ssc je exam..Now for technical portion, there is not a single best book to prepare it completely. .refer some good reference book for every important subject..try to solve previous year question as much as u can also solve the previous year je exampaper of dmrc, dda.if I talk about a single book than the latest addition of previous year question bank by made easy is wonderful. .please please solve it proplery before the exam .the explamation given in that book is highly appreciable. …n the gkp publication question booklet is also good but it contains a huge number of mistakes so mind it while solving the questions from that..Finally alll the very best to all aspirants for their exams..hope u all scratch best from you.
