Do you need permission to throw a party at a local public park?
This is in the San Diego area. We want to throw a party at the park for the kids but we aren't sure if you need a permit or something. Other people have done events without it, be we don't want to get caught without one if you do need one. thank you

Now birth indexes uploaded to the internet are not Birth certificates and they are not free unless someone has taken a database off a subscription site that they are paying access to, or bought from a state government such a database and voluntarily transcribed it for uploading to the internet. Some states now have uploaded on their own government website their birth and death databases but they are 50 to 75 yrs old. MO, AZ, IL are a few. VitalSearch has some free access to older birth and death indexes. http://www.vitalsearch-worldwide.com/ but they tease you with better access with a paid membership. Now all internet birth indexes are doing to be are bare facts, name of child, dob, county of birth, some may have mother's maiden last name, only some older (50 yrs plus) will have both parents names, it depends on what the state a person was born in required at time of birth. So which is it?

How can I convince my wife to shave her pubic hair without offending her?
