Pokemon X glitch? Squirtle becomes girl?
Hi so i've been playing pokemon x and i'm loving it and everytime i catch a pokemon i want it to be a guy (i'm not sexist i just like my pokemon like that) so when I got my kanto starter, squirtle, from professor sycamore it was a girl but starters are usually boys so i don't know if its a glitch or something else. please help and i know its just a small detail but i notice things like that and they bother me and in this situation its going to be weird seeing my manly blastoise with the female symbol by his name
What are some disturbing facts about Pokémon?
1) Yamask: One of its Pokedex entries says that the mask it carries brings it memories that make it weep. The reason being that it remembers its past life as a human, and that the mask was its face. So essentially, it's a dead human that is now a ghost for eternity and then gets captured by a 10 year-old child, is made a slave, and is forced to beat up innocent creatures in the wild.2) Hypno: Another Pokedex entry states that one once hypnotized a child and kidnapped it. There is even a t-shirt with a Hypno leading two children to who knows where.3) Froslass: Froslass, even though it evolves from a female Snorunt, has a Pokedex entry stating that it is the reincarnated soul of a young woman who died in a mountain due to the freezing temperatures.4) Banette: It is a doll which received life after it was discarded and left by its owner. It seeks its owner out restlessly for revenge. Also, if the zipper in its mouth gets opened for too long, its life force escapes.I might post more creepy facts about this if I ever get the chance.
What if Pokémon were real?
Virtually everyone except for the extremely lazy would have a job. I would ride into a forest with my Rapidash and Beat up all the Bug Catchers for lunch Money before breakfast.World Hunger would be easier to solve from a logistics stand point. I could miniaturize comestibles into Pokéballs and have them transported via Articuno to make sure that they stay cool.Many natural disasters could be easily avoided. A team of Fearow could counter a tornado with Whirlwind. Forest Fires could be controlled better with Magmars using Flamethrower and Raticates using Water Gun (Yes, Raticate learns Watergun via A Technical Machine).If people get stuck in the snow, Sandslash could lend a hand and use Sand Attack on the road while Machamp could help push cars up hills with Strength.I could Fly to work on my Aerodactyl and never worry about being late to work or having my ride stolen.We would already have clean renewable electricity, because Electrodes could power the world with Thunder.I’d love it if my Meowths could talk to me and occasionally use Payday. I mean Meowth food isn’t cheap.There would be fewer wars and guns would maybe never have needed to have been invented, but if guns did exist they would not be very useful.PETA would be renamed PETP.Chances are that I would have been the guy that sold you a Magikarp for 500 P. At least you learned the value of P (Pokémon grow twice as quickly when they’ve come from a trade, so I did you a favor. Quit your complaining. Also, all sales are final and no exchanges).More people would have Gym memberships.The Movie Titanic would be renamed S.S. If you don’t feel like going in to work, you could always use Substitute or have your Ditto Transform into a reasonable Facsimile of you.Basically, the world would be a much better place. So get on it Scientists! Let’s populate the world with Pokémon AND put people on Mars.
