As they say “Beauty lies in the eyes of beholder”What is attractive about curly hair (because I have them so I know) is that they are not very common, and when people see uncommon things they sure want to look again. This is also true in case of permed hair or a hair colour that is uncommon, I remember a girl in my college having green hair, everybody used to notice her,including me. Not just men but even women notice and like curly hair, or for that matter beautiful and different hair.Every hair type is beautiful and women should stop thinking what men or other people like, just flaunt what you have been born with, because there is no one like you!

What I've noticed is most whites simply do not understand some of the dynamics at play among African Americans tied to our history as second-class citizens and slaves (how could you know? you have to be in the shoes of the person/people).So you do have a pool of black men who really want a white woman as a wife and mother of his children. Please don't get offended by my saying this; this is very true (though denied). And, what white women do not see is that this pool of men avoids black women. I don't know a black woman who hasn't experienced -- several times over --being blown off by a group of black guys at a bar/club and then witnessing them send over a round of drinks to a table of white girls who, in return, send them back (because they don't date black men). It happens all the time.What is sad is that black women lose twice: First, black women have almost no one to date, not even black men. Second, black women are now labeled as being really rude to nice white girls with black men, as having "attitudes" and having "issues."It's not about saying interracial love is wrong. That is exactly where we should be headed. But black women aren't wrong for having serious concerns about the trend if they clearly know that the trend is hurting, rather than helping them.

Just a fair warning to guys, keep in mind more women likely to answer this question probably already think they prefer long hair on men. In most examples women like this give, they post a bunch of photos of male models and celebrities who are already good looking and have had professional stylists handle their hair and photographers to make sure the photos they take look the best they can. I know from personal experience it likely hurt more than helped and is way too much effort to justify. An exception maybe is if you have thick, darker, naturally wavy hair that looks masculine. If you have finer, flatter hair, you’re likely going to look weaker and geekier, or like a metal head stoner, unless you’re Brad Pitt, and at that point may only appeal to younger women into edgy looking guys (if you are also in your early to mid 20s). That said, if you don’t feel right with short hair and prefer long hair on yourself, make yourself happy and you’ll likely be able to find some women okay with it as long as you look good and healthy in other ways.

There has been a campaign to exalt the dark skin male at the light skin males expense that has been going on for the last 30 years or so. it's just one of the many ways that the Willie Lynch syndrome has manifested itself.Most Black men prefer light skin women. But if you think about it it's more natural for light skin men to prefer a light skin woman because they look like them.
